My Wife and I just returned from this hotel. After the recent renovations the hotel is really good. In the restaurant there was always a good selection of fresh food and something different at every meal time. All of the staff where very friendly and very helpful when required. We really hope to go back soon!!More
This was our first time here and I must say it will not be the last.We we're near two shopping mails within walking distance. We were near the sand dunes which had a path that you could have a lovely walk in the evening. The entertainment at night was good also the staff show was very good the staff team was very friendly. They came across as a good bonding and loving team we meet tom and Barbara and the rest of the team every morning greet everyone at poolside.More

Returned on Sunday 8th October, what a fantastic week we had. The hotel is ideally positioned for those wanting a quiet
Checking In .... Very smooth check in and despite there being a few parties and it being very late in the evening, the wait time was minimal. The staff were very very polite and welcoming, and pointed us to go for food & drink before making our way to the room. Room / Maid Service .... Our room was great, refurbished, clean and very large (though this didn’t matter as we spent very little time in it). The only slight criticism was the air con, although this worked, it didn’t always give off much cold air. Maid service was excellent, towels changed daily, beds made and room cleaned. Pool Area .... Firstly, NO SUNBED WARS yayyyyy. More than enough beds for everyone, no need to reserve and to be fair, only the odd few did. Extremely clean pool area and always a life guard on duty. We explored the gardens one day, again, very well kept and it was nice to see the fish which we didn’t realise were there until a few days in. Restaurant / Food .... Food quality and choice was excellent. Though, I suppose with any all-inclusive option, toward the end of the holiday I was starting to think it could become repetitive had we stayed any longer … but for the time we were there, no complaints at all, everything was very tasty. My only observation was around reserved tables for certain people/groups, I didn’t quite understand why this was allowed to happen as there were enough seats for everyone. Entertainment .... What a fantastic Animation team. Despite how they really may have felt, they were polite, entertaining and really made a great effort to include everyone (this must have been a nightmare on some days). Because we knew how much effort they put in, either me, my partner or both took part in their activities …. Despite me wanting a relaxing holiday A massive shout out to Kieran and Piotr, great lads who put absolutely everything into their job …. I am sure the others did too it’s just I didn’t have much dealings with them.More
