    Tucked away in gardens, the Coral Teide Mar Apartments are spot-on for relaxing hols in Puerto de la Cruz.

    This place has a bit of a secret garden vibe going on, with neat lawns and loads of palms and plants. It’s only a five-minute walk from Puerto de la Cruz’s botanical gardens, so green-fingered guests are in luck.

    In terms of essentials, there’s a nice big pool, an outdoor bar and another one over in the lobby. And Jardin Beach is about a 10-minute walk away for when you’re craving sand between your toes.

    We where supposed to go in March, we live in the south and go to this hotel several times, not anymore, they messaged me through the covid crisis asking me if I would rather change my dates than cancel, they said they would honour for September, for my 8 year old daughters birthday , they sent us in the meantime a cancelation of the booking, so tried emailing, but to no avail, they are completely ignoring me and bouncing back emails, so we have lost our money, wasn't mega amount(but that's not the point) , coz this is a cheap budget, not even that clean hotel, but it did the job and my daughter liked the pool, that's about all that's going for it, obviously won't be getting our custom again. I know its closed but they were quick enough with emails when wanting me to change the booking

    I wish there was an experience to tell.... But I can’t contact them and have lost out on ALL of my holiday!!! Considering I am legally not allowed to travel to Tenerife you think they would be decent humans and offer a refund or change of date... but nope! 6 hours onto love holidays and not able to contact the hotel I have lost out on my entire holiday. Disappointing considering there is a world crisis!!!!

    Well what can I say the hotel rooms were very nice but there was no entertainment and the staff at reception were not very helpful we asked to change our room as it was looking out to the main road it cost us €86 which was steep as the hotel was only a quarter full also we checked out late and was charged a further €38 they just seemed to want your money without giving you a good service and welcome we wont be going back to this hotel their our lots of other good hotels in the area

    We stayed here for 2 weeks and found it near to the Botanic gardens, local buses, restaurants & shops. Maid service was excellent, reception staff very helpful &. multi-lingual; daily/weekly weather forecasts posted at reception. Breakfast €8 & dinner €12 were both buffet style with plenty of choice. Lovely gardens & pool. Singing in the evening was rather loud but always finished before 11pm. The kitchenette, with kettle, coffee machine, pots & pans, fridge, 2 ring cooker & microwave was fine for preparing breakfast & packed lunches. We did cook pizzas & pasta with sauce on a couple of occasions. Dining table & chairs by kitchen & also on balcony. We didn't hire a car so there was no problem with parking. Tour coaches picked up from immediately outside the hotel. We did find difficulty in using the wifi.

    Recently spent 18 nights at this lovely hotel in the La Paz area of Puerto Cruz. We enjoyed the quiet, calm atmosphere in the pool area and gardens. It was refreshing to stay in a traditionally styled hotel with loads of interesting architectural features like landing balconies and curved windows on the stairs both giving onto fantastic views. Good variety of food for breakfast, especially when there were Scandinavian visitors when a variety of pickled and smoked fish were offered alongside the vast array of sliced meats, cheeses and fruit. English breakfast also available. The staff were great. Bus stops available on the main road 5 minutes walk away. A number of bars and restaurants in the vicinity catering for all tastes and budgets.
