We asked for room service while we were out for the day ..unfortunately the mugs havent been changed there is still dust on the bathroom shelf and a bed topper wasnt put onit has now after asking for the second time. Breakfast very good.....

Good hotel, lovely breakfast buffet. Staff friendly. Rooms very hot (good). Heated floor in bathroom. Nice to have a bath and a shower. Busy hotel but well managed. Food in bar nice too. Local to bus stop 12 which is immediately outside the hotel....

Great hotel and friendly staff. You don't even need to leave the hotel to get great food. It's located in downtown Reykjavik within walking distance of shopping. .Clean and stylish decor. Nice rooms, heated bathroom floors, which I loved!...
