Clean and Cozy steps from Downtown.

Location is just a short walk to downtown. The rooms were cozy and clean, with heated floors in the bathroom.
The only "issue" was no private parking on site, but there are ample public options nearby....

This is not the cheapest hotel in Reykjavik, so it could be better.
It is located across the street from the Polish Embassy and near the Höfði House. It's a short walk away from the highstreet.
The staff at this hotel are all excellent and delivered great service. When I had questions about something they were always very helpful and accommodating.

Great location - we walked to all sites we wanted to see. Our room was adequate size, very clean, not noisy. Staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Lobby got quite busy and crowded at times, but everything moved along nicely. Breakfast offered many different items....

The front desk staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The room was a bit spartan but clean. The problem came about when the 4 of us tried to eat dinner in the hotel restaurant. After being seated at a table we were ignored for the duration of our time there. The staff did see us but refused to acknowledge us. People who came in after us were served quickly. We had to get our own water while still being ignored by the s...

The hotel is fine. Rooms are small but the location is good. The hotel claims on Expedia to have onsite parking but when we checked in they told us that parking is paid on the street. We would not have chosen this hotel had we known "onsite parking" meant paid street parking....
