Very bad policy about the verification of the Bank Account

I had a reservation that I was unable to make it and I canceld in the agreed terms without penalties. But the management of the hotel made a preautorization pay from my bank Account from booking, in the amount of 173 euro, and the hotel cancelled it in the same day of the cancellation on 12.09 and they send me proof of that. It is 24.09 and the amount has not reached my acount yet. I dont know with what bank they wo...

I got a disability room, so I didn't really like the bathroom layout. It's great for accessibility, but I didn't require this and would have preferred a more normal shower. For me, the two most important things for any of my travels is the shower and the bed, so having a less pleasant shower is a 50% disappointing experience for me.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in December 2024. The staff was nice. However, the room was very cold and the floor was very dirty And the window curtains too.
I do not recommend it at all for staying with children.
There is no coffee maker in the room and one of the glasses was broken....

What a brilliant hotel we arrived later and stressed and the young gentleman who welcomed us was brilliant got us booked car parked and to our room extremely quickly got up in the morning breakfast was good staff were really friendly and welcoming the staff on the reception are absolutely fantastic they are a credit to the hotel sorted out tram tickets directions and food for us and ever day with a smile and professi...

Very nice and friendly place, they contacted me before arrival and knowing that Im bringing my cat, they prepared a cat sand box and food bowl in the room! The only small problem, we were told we could stay until 1pm with our special package (that also includes candies for the kids and parking benefits) but the next day they told us they were very full so we have to leave at 12.
