What a lovely facility. We had planned to stay for a couple of nights, but I injured my knee and could not walk, so we stayed for five nights. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. We were on the 21st floor which provides a lovely view of Gaia. Parking is on site, either in one of the few spots at the front or the attached garage. I was scheduled to stay at this property for the last two nights of my time in Porto but after walking to it from the water I changed my mind and moved to the Holiday Inn Express in Porto (see review) which turned out to be a good call.
This is a modern property with probably amazing views from the rooms, but there is no public transportation anywhere close. If you nave a car or want to use Ubers great, but if you ...

Booked this hotel directly via the ITG website .
Yes its in Vila de Gaia -on the other side of the river from Porto old town -but public transport is available close by and Uber rides are around 4 Euros .....or hotel can call a taxi for you .
The hotel is host to some airline personnel ,tour groups .....and the odd football team (Benfica on this occasion ) turns up pre match .

As part of a group tour, we stayed at this hotel. It's a very nice, lovely place. Staff were always helpful. Location is good as it's easy to walk to a variety of restaurants. Good breakfast buffet. All in all a very nice, comfortable stay for us....

I loved this hotel although on first impression you may think its too far away from Porto and doesnt look very attractive from the outside its really whats inside that counts.
