From arrival I was greeted with professionalism, taken care of and given all the information I required. The hotel staff take time to see where I am from and just to make me feel more at ease will speak in English and change to Spanish when I do, its a lovely feeling to have them pay that much attention and made me feel so welcomed. Overpriced Stay With Misleading Rooms and Unexpected Fees

We recently stayed at Gran Hotel Málaga, which happened to be the most expensive hotel of our trip. The location was perfect, and the front yard of the hotel was beautifully designed. The building itself is massive and impressive from the outside.

This is not a 5 star hotel.. please stay elsewhere. The customer service was beyond horrible. No service was given to a family of 4 in the lounge and at breakfast. The food at breakfast was horrible and everyone was getting served drinks besides my family of 4. We have a video of how they ignored us and never once approached our table. I recently stayed and the gran miramar hotel, I will start with the good its a beautiful hotel, the reception the driveway, the staff are very nice, its really gorgeous, BUT the rooms are dark and small I had a superior room and I overlooked a car park..
