We had an absolutely fantastic 5 nights here.
Staff were super friendly and very helpful.
We were in room 010, ground floor with a small terrace. Perfect for us. Super king size bed, sofa, table and chairs (in the room and on the terrace).
Great shower. Plenty of product ( shampoo etc)
We were a hop, skip and a jump from the breakfast room and pool. Perfect for us.

From arrival I was greeted with professionalism, taken care of and given all the information I required. The hotel staff take time to see where I am from and just to make me feel more at ease will speak in English and change to Spanish when I do, its a lovely feeling to have them pay that much attention and made me feel so welcomed. Overpriced Stay With Misleading Rooms and Unexpected Fees

We recently stayed at Gran Hotel Málaga, which happened to be the most expensive hotel of our trip. The location was perfect, and the front yard of the hotel was beautifully designed. The building itself is massive and impressive from the outside.

This is not a 5 star hotel.. please stay elsewhere. The customer service was beyond horrible. No service was given to a family of 4 in the lounge and at breakfast. The food at breakfast was horrible and everyone was getting served drinks besides my family of 4. We have a video of how they ignored us and never once approached our table. Highly recommended. Excellent experience. We stayed here for a quick trip to Spain. Great location. Wonderful staff. Probably the best buffet breakfast Ive ever had. Booked through American Express. Great value through Amex. We will return....
