Wonderful way to beat January blues

Loved this hotel , nice and comfortable spacious room very attentive service from all the staff . Housekeeping were really efficient and plenty plush toiletries and bottled water topped up daily . It was January when we visited but the gardens were very well maintained and looked after would be great to visit when pool in use . THE most stunning hotel! Fabulous location on the beach and perfectly placed between the most amazing fish restaurants where locals eat and the old town for all the shops and restaurants. The staff led by the wonderful Lucia were so professional and friendly. The room was absolutely perfect and has everything you could need. We will be back!...

Beautiful building, service could be better

A quick 1 night stay allowed us to discover a beautiful property.
Room was very spacious and perfectly clean, on par with very best standard of that category.
Check in was subpar, even though we arrived after 3PM, the room was not ready. On top of that, we did complete online registration with ID and everything, only to start over and do it all over again at the front desk. What a waste of time!

A snooty hotel

Was not staying at the hotel, but went inside for a drink this morning.
In a 5 star property such as this I was APPALLED that no one said good morning as I entered despite the fact that there were four or five bellboys and concierge staff at the door doing nothing except chatting amongst themselves. There is a definite lack of customer service which should be pointed out to their management.

Amazing Hotel, staff very kind, lobby breathtaking and well decorated rooms. Breakfast with large selection. Pool restaurant average. Hotel with all facilities and access to the beach. We used the spa, great experience. Very relaxing moments for Christmas...
