My husband and I had such a great experience at Crowne Plaza HY36, and a huge part of that was thanks to Rosa at the front desk. My interaction with her started the day before I arrived when I had a mini panic over a change in my flight details. Rosa was incredibly calm and reassuring and made sure my room would be secured for the next day, which immediately put me at ease.

Having read so many possitive reviews and having seen the pictures of Crowne Plaza HY36, I expected much more. Also on account of the price: I know it was December weekend but the facilities are definitely not worth the cost.
Location is convenient: just two blocks from Penn Station (Yeah, right, when the elevator decides to work for once, it will be a miracle, but this has nothing to do with Crowne) and five blocks...

This was a lovely hotel. Accommodations were quite nice and the location was perfect for walking around manhattan. The staff was friendly, helpful and all around lovely. Always greeted me with a smile and a hello and delightful to chat with. They are a jewel in the Crowne! ...

Crowne Plaza Midtown is in the perfect location for seeing the city and was exceptionally clean. They also have probably the best hotel pillows I have ever slept on! Housekeeping came to our room every day, which I feel is a lost luxury since 2020. Andrew was so friendly and accommodating from the time we arrived with 10 suitcases, all the way to my aunt falling ill the night before we left. He went above and beyond ...
