Great staff. Kind and so helpful.

Staff was extremely helpful especially Matt and Jose. Gave us late check out, stored our luggage and then got us car service to the airport. Very kind.
The hotel room was small and no good view but king bed was comfortable. Not great water pressure in shower but beautiful bathroom....

Modern, Convenient Hotel with a Great Staff

Matthew and his front desk colleagues were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Matthew offered us an early check-in before we even asked. His colleagues recommended a great local Thai restaurant. The hotel is conveniently located near PennStation and MSG. The roomlike many in NYCwas on the small side, but it was modern, comfortable, and well appointed. Overall, a great experience....

Honestly this is a great hotel, clean. Matt and Kenny were very friendly and super nice. This is the second time I stay at this hotel and very nice! Close to a bunch of stuff, CVS 5 min away and food options. Also Ive always felt safe in this hotel and they try their best to make your stay awesome....

Kenny and Yoni made the stay. The room was clean and nice, but those 2 led to a much better experience. Yoni was very warm and professional, exactly who you want checking you in and I honestly looked forward to talk to Kenny every morning. He was funny, happy, and just a cool dude. I dont often write reviews, but I wanted to make sure these two got the credit theyre due....

After hours of travel, I was lucky to be checked in by Rey. There was a problem with my reservation which I thought would be stressful. But Rey, worked hard to solve the problem and saved the day.
Exemplary service that is very appreciated after a long plane ride. Thank you, Rey!...
