Polite, friendly, prompt service. Helpful staff - Jose, Kenny, Gurmey Yoni and Edris. Restaurant bar next door had the right vibe for vacation and catching up with friends. Perfect for solo or couples (king) and good for families with small children (2 doubles). Good location near train stations - ABC and Penn Station for NJT and LIRR, Starbucks and Dunkin around the corner, 5 minutes from shopping at Herald Square...

Everyone was so kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and the food was great. Would absolutely book here again if back in New York....

The hotel is in a perfect location the staff is very gentle and professional . The organised car from hotel to the airport is cheaper than the uber. thank you to Scott to recommend that and have the car arrive in 5 minutes. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great hotel...

Good but far too noisy.

This has been my third stay at the hotel.
The rooms are great with space and great bathrooms
The cleaning/ housekeeping is excellent as are the front of house teams.
The only thing that lets it down is noise.
It doesnt have to be much noise either - a family getting ready to go out with excited kids or people chatting as normal..either way it comes through the vent thats in the room. Literally word for word.

Great hotel! I stayed for only 1 night. I arrived at the hotel 3hrs before check in planning to leave my bags with the front desk and go sight seeing but I unfortunately had a migraine on arrival, Gurmey literally saved the day with letting me check into a room early. He said that there was a lot of people waiting on rooms but since I was not feeling well he bumped me up the waiting list. This meant I was able to sle...
