My staycation experience at the Crown Plaza HY36 was special and delightful. All the workers at the hotel were so courteous and willing to help. The front desk workers Jay and Yoni were knowledgeable about the check in process and they were always willing to answer any questions we had and accommodating. We had a great experience at this hotel! From checking in to restaurant recommendations the team was very helpful! The location was very central but still felt very safe. Andrew, Jennifer, and Edris were all very kind. Would definitely stay here again....

We cant say enough good things about our experience during our stay. Our man, Andrew, went above and beyond to make sure we settled into our. 26th floor suite had a great view, and even though the Knicks won the NBA championship, we couldnt hear a thing while we slept. We were also close walking distance to Time Square, MSG, Rockefeller Center, and tons of great restaurants and coffee shops. 5 stars, and we WILL b...

Great location and staff. Really enjoyed my stay here. Accessible to times square and broadway area. Sub station nearby. The staff is extremely polite, cheerful and helpful....
