My wife and I want to thank the hotel for a terrific experience. We were in from Israel for a dental convention in Javitz and one of the delights was being greeted by your such happy staff A special thanks to your wonderful Tess Rosa and Matt Keeny who were Too helpful with our needs from an extra blanket(my wife took ill) till a simple bottle of wateretc. done with such care and we felt almost in a loving way....

As an IHG Platinum Elite member I appreciated the welcome amenity and the choice of points or a coupon for a drink at the attached restaurant. I also appreciated the upgrade to a high floor which had a view of the Edge observation deck. I also appreciated the late check out. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the main attractions without being in the thick of it. The hotel looks lovely to look at and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant was equally very lovely.
