First off I want to give credit to Mr.Rey and Mr.Yoni Benjoseph. I made mention of my special occasion visit and they did not disappoint! They were also attentive and quick to respond if we needed anything during our stay. That being said the rest of the staff were also kind and very welcoming, so we really appreciated it.

Besides being at such a convenient location, the Crowne Plaza NY36 has a wonderful friendly staff. When we had to change plans because of an enormous snowstorm. The staff at the front desk was helpful and responsive. We will definitely return....

I cannot say enough good things about our stay here! This is hands down the best hotel in New York City and we will definitely be coming back for all our future trips.

Excellent hotel in a Central location. We stayed for a week over Christmas. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was compact and didn't have enough storage for us to unpack our suitcases. Was lovely to have a coffee machine after a long day. Beds were comfy and bathroom was spacious. We ate in the restaurant and the burgers were delicious. I would recommend staying here....
