It was the second time I stayed at this hotel, and I chose it because the last time everything was impeccable, clean and comfortable! That's exactly how it was this time too! I'm glad they maintain a high level of service at reasonable prices!...

Nice hotel and room, good location but please change your restaurant chef... The Christmas dinner was not good and there was not enough food. In Italy you eat good food but unfortunately not in your restaurant. ...

This hotel has a very nice website and bills itself as a 4 star hotel.
I've stayed in enough hotels in Europe, so I understand that many European hotels are different than American hotels, but this place is just NOT what is advertised. It is in a nice location close enough to the city center and they do have a parking lot, which is nice, but overall I found the staff to not be the most helpful or friendly, coffee ...

the hotel rooms were exquisite! they were very luxurious and very spacious, with the comfiest beds ive ever slept on during my italy trip :) the staff were more than friendly, especially the tall italian gentlemen who provided us with where to go and what to eat in Perugia. thank you very much for making our short stay a wonderful one :)...
