There's themed nights twice a week, weekly gala buffets, show-cooking and carving stations, where you can watch dishes being prepared right in front of you. Dinner is between 6pm and 9pm in winter. Special dietary requirements can be catered for if reception are advised at least 48 hours in advance. If you'd like an à la carte item that isn't available from the buffet, a charge will apply. There's a dress code here - it's long trousers for men, and remember to leave the swimwear, vests and flip-flops in your room.
