As a 5-star hotel, I expected a little more. The room was old-fashioned; the air conditioning was central, and the room was hot, and the minibar was not cold enough. Firstly the breakfast was fabulous, cannot fault the selection and helpful staff.

I stayed at NH as part of a business trip with a group of people and the experience was amazing! All the staff was really nice and with great attention to detail during our stay but also prior to it over phone and email. The hotel has several common areas to chat and rest and the bedrooms are spacious and bright.
