A central location close to visitor attractions. Spacious room in good clean condition. Very nice buffet breakfast. Lots of places to eat nearby. Easy transfer from airport on public transport costing just 1 Euro each way. I recommend this hotel....

Fantastic staff, Rita and Martin at the reception, the cleaners, the girl at the breakfast as a hotel manager I would recommend this hotel to anyone in Santiago . This team loves their job and you can tell . Thank you ! Keep up with the good work !...

Very warmly welcomed to a central, but very quiet, clean and comfortable hotel. Room was exactly what was needed. Ideal place for an overnight, or even longer, stay in Santiago. 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral. Would come back!...

Good location close to Praça Galicia and the airport bus is on a street behind the hotel. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. Room was a reasonable size, good bathroom with bath and shower. However, I encountered a problem during the night. I woke feeling like I had received an insect bite, turned on the light and was shocked to find a number of bedbugs marching across the duvet (see photos). I was the sole ...

Yes - the hotel is one of smallest I ever seen.
Yes, it's noisy.
Yes, you can see some items dated.
I have seen more expensive (much more) hotels with smaller rooms, more noisy and in worse condition.
Yes. It has some limitations: there is no kitchen, no bar, no other amenities. Because of lack of the kitchen, breakfast is buffet only with no warm food. But everything is fresh i tasty. Don't expect any other meals...
