This place is jam-packed with slides, chutes and flumes. Treasure Island is the place to head for little kids, filled with plenty of little slides and sprays. At the other end of the scale, there are plenty of bigger slides including multi-lane flumes for racing, fast-paced snake slides and tube slides. And right down the middle of the scale, you've got family favourites like a wave pool and lazy river.
Just so you know, there are height restrictions for the slides here, you need to be at least 120cm tall, or 140cm for the Super Combo tube ride. The baby boats, triple boats and restaurant here are not part of your All Inclusive package.
Hotel-run kids' club
Everything from indoor and outdoor playgrounds to a hobby room and an afternoon nap room. The kids get their own pools and toy room. And after dinner, they can join in the fun performing on the stage under the guidance of professional animators.

Big Resort But Better than Most
We stayed four days at this resort. We stayed here as part of a longer trip in Turkey and wanted a good base for exploring the area (mainly Ephesus) but something offered for kids as well. We are not a huge fan of big resorts that are catering to mostly holiday packages as they tend to be just too big and populated for us. This place is Ginormous (very big) but we never felt like we were over whelmed by people. It could be because of the time we went (late October). If you have kids or really like kids this is a great place for you. If you don't want a lot of semi-behaved kids surrounding you, then this is a place you probably want to avoid at all costs. If you want a solid all-inclusive that is well maintained (given its size) this a very good option. It ticked all the boxes for us: close to Ephesus, water, sun, water park. The food- can't complain, if you understand you are entering an all inclusive buffet style environment. They had enough for most tastes to include vegetarian. You really have to find something wrong or be extremely picky to complain. They even offer one evening at a nice seat down restaurant--we chose Mandarin House (Chinese) and it was pleasant and tasty. The place doesn't seem to really cater to people like us... travelers with their own car. As the directions to get to the resort are TERRIBLE! It wasn't in our GPS and we had to stop to ask a local for directions--needless to say we found it :-) Good Points Room amenities and decor Flat screen TV with a good selection of English stations Specialty Restaurants was a nice touch (besides the Buffet Style) Plenty of good food and drink (not gourmet but good enough and plenty of variety) Plenty of pools Water park a huge plus Staff - pleasant and tried to assist when asked Negative Points Not the hotels fault --but so you know there are a lot of non-controlled children (running amuck) Wifi - decent strength in the main building not so else where and you will pay 2 Euros a day. Limited understanding of English language, not an issue unless you really need assistance. I would stay here again and would recommend it... but you need to know the negative points and put that in mind when setting expectations.More

Good holiday but not a great hotel...
We visited the Aquafantasy for one week late October. As some previous reviews have mentioned, this is not a 5 star resort and is very misleading to claime so. Rooms We stayed in the World side of the hotel which, although has been opertational for 5 years, is well maintained and clean although can be a little bit noisy dependant on other guests but this isn't something the hotel can deal with. Pools/Outside Areas The pools in the resort were not fit for use at this time of year, we may have seen 10 people in them all week, they were beyond freezing. One of our party attempted a dip one day and couldn't bare it. The indoor pools are available but this are very overcrowded. Staff There were one or two staff the carry the whole team, obviously they appear to be scaled back with it coming to the end of the season, it seems like it's the same faces doing the same work all the time and the younger more lairy staff are just messing around, unwelcoming and sometimes rude. There is a need to mention how some of the male staff are awful when it comes to young females, they stare and talk/point amongst themselves, I witnessed one member of staff asking a very younf girl for her telephone number, thankfully her father came to the rescue. Entertainment We wanted a relaxing holiday and although travelling with two children didn't participate or see any day time entertainment, they children just went off to use the waterpark while we relaxed. The evening entertainment was average and they seemed to do the best with what they had available although on night there was an awful "family" show which included a group of three girls provocitavely dancing around the stage for 45 minutes. This was not suitable for young children at all! Food The food in absolute average and is what drags this hotel down, it is most certainly not 5 star all inclusive quality. As other people have said, the best food came from the "Pearl Snack Bar" at lunch time which included the kebabs, chips and pizza's. The oasis restaurant is truly horrific, it's like a cattle market with food everywhere, no attention to cleaniliness and a very poor quality. Ice creams are only available on the all inclusive for two hours per day - outrageous. Drinks We were really let down by the selection of drinks available, it was evident it was coming to the end of season and they were just using what they had...some bars didn't have lemonade for the whole time we were there so it was either beer, vodka, cola or watered down juices. This was just so dissapointing. Overall we enjoyed the holiday as it was a fmaily break and we all got to spend some time together but aspects of the hotel were a great let down. We will not be returning again.More

Lots to do for the kids!
The food was subpar, but that was to be expected, and they had 1 snackbar available for in between meal snacks (fresh fruit, salad, pizza, pasta, and hotdogs). They had 1 free WIFI area that was usually crowded, otherwise they charge 2 Euro/day for 2 devices to have WIFI that dropped constantly. The beds were really uncomfortable (so much so that the kids even complained) and it made it tough to want to spend several nights there.More

Was looking forward to a great week with my husband and 2, 12 year old girls. Arrived at midnight. (Very long 2 and half hour transfer- not made clear at time of booking. Stated 55 mins transfer time but this is to local airport NOT Bodrum which is where we flew into. Only informed of this a few months after booking!) Porter simply pointed to a corridor and said along there and down stairs wasn't shown the way. Took 20 mins to find our room up and down various staircases as the signs to our room number disappeared on route. On a positive note the room was as expected. Was told to make way to restaurant for snacks, to find soup, dry bread and nothing else. Others with small children who didn't like soup, asked for something different but was told there was nothing else. pretty poor as had been travelling from UK since 3pm!!! To explain to those who are reading reviews about "Club" side and "World "side it is basically two hotel complexes with the use of both buildings for all guests. We were in World side. Couldn't fault cleanliness of hotel, or the bar service. Would definitely not rate this Hotel as 5star more 3star at a push 4. Entertainment was very poor. Didn't even meet/get introduced to any of the Ents team during the whole week, wouldn't even be able to name them. Only darts or pool tournaments for half hour in day. one 45 min show at 9.15pm in outdoor amphitheatre which at this time of year was uncomfortably cold. The quality of the shows was very poor and was very embarrassed for my girls and others with children on the Monday evening, where we were subjected to what amounted to little more than a lap dance show with scantily clad women shaking their bits all over the place. Even my husband agreed that it was too much and it was inappropriate for families. Speaking to others we were not the only ones who felt this way. Whilst the weather is beyond human control we had little alternative entertainment put on, people who were there for the week before, said they had beach parties, foam parties fireworks etc etc so if we pay the same money but the weather is bad we get nothing? More planning required for wet weather! Maybe we have been spoilt in the past with entertainment at other first choice booked hotels, but we had no fun and games thru day, either round pool or inside as previously experienced and absolutely nothing put on for teenagers unless we spent a fortune in the games room. We are use to silly team games, dancing, team volleyball, football, family aerobics, pool games etc etc We do appreciate that some of these would not of been possible due to bad/cold weather but a wet weather programme could place some activities indoors. Don't expect to use the outside pools if going at this time of year as they are absolutely freezing and only handful of people ever entered although there is a small indoor pool in each building, however these are extremely busy.During the rain storms it was impossible to pass between the hotels without getting soaked and the bridge up to Club side building completely flooded. Were going to go to one of the shows that had been moved indoors to Club side venue, but were unable to get there. Suggest brolleys for guests? A covered walkway? Or alternatively entertainment in both buildings? Most guests simply sat in Lobby bars playing cards all evening. Food...........terrible. plenty of choice, but quality was dire to say the least. Before I get criticised for being a fussy eater this is not the case, I have been to many all inclusives and never experienced such bad food. Everything was watery, oily or tasteless. Best food was at snack bars at lunchtime involving pizza, chips, kebabs, spit roast chicken and salad. We tended to eat a main meal there as we were struggling to get a tasty meal in the buffet restaurants. Speaking of which the buffet restaurants are manic. Would not like to be there in peak season! Forget getting a full English as no bacon, sausage (except frankfurter type) or fried slice. Beans were like bullets in a pale orange sauce, scrambled egg like slop. Only decent cooked items were fried eggs and omelettes (oh and pancakes if you like choc sauce for breakfast) We had decent wine with evening meal for first few days then had some awful undrinkable stuff poured for remainder of week so stuck to coke. According to friends we made, who were there the previous week, they had proper Heinz beans. Is it that those of us going at end of season are less important. Just use up the old rubbish on those guests? Waterpark..... forget if have small children as nothing other than one small slide for them to go on and the floor is very uneven and unsafe in the "childrens" area. Main slides themselves are awesome, lockers easy to obtain. Toilets are filthy and food and drink not included as part of all inclusive. However, it is a very small walk to nearest Hotel snack bar at lunchtime and to use hotel toilets.Recommend getting there at 10.30am as soon as opens as the waterpark is not actually owned by hotel, it is a private one and excursions operate to there from all over the country and gets busy once coaches arrive. "secret" entrance for hotel guests at rear of waterpark do not head in through main entrance. Another reason for getting there early is that some rides require a double inflatable ring and these are few and far between. Most visitors we noted tend to keep hold of them for the day, even storing behind sunbeds while not even using them, which is so frustrating when needed for rides. Staff do not discourage this either. One last point we were disgusted at, was that there was a party of about 30/40 Turkish (we think) men arrived on the Friday they took over the outside balcony in lobby bar, they ate alone in restaurant taking up tables meant for four/eight. They were rude to the point of barging past children in the restaurant to get to food and generally made me as a woman feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Having 2, 12 year old girls with us, we felt unable to allow them to go off around the hotel without us of an evening, which they had enjoyed previously. It would appear that this party of men were there for a stag/wedding do on the Saturday night, where they had booked out one of the A La Carte restaurants exclusively and played very loud music with shouting and dancing until late. NOT conclusive to a family Hotel! Why was this allowed? It may be that in peak season the entertainment may be better? Or simply that when going while nice and sunny, the lack of something to do is not an issue, as the pools are usable and don't all have to cram in indoor one? but can only review on what we experienced and we just felt that as it was end of season we were not catered for fully and were short changed. Made some good friends but sorry would not return to this Hotel.More
