fantastic holiday 2nd time we have been.the best ever.
well where do i start about our amazing holiday, this is our second visit in a year, we went july 10 th for 2 weeks . me and my husband and my boy age 10. same as last time couldnt find one fault with the hotel its clean, brilliant, rooms are so nice and bigger as it was a family room .perfect in the world side pool facing. thanks to the hotel we requested this and got it. we had 2 alacarts as we been before but only used one as the buffett resturants have so much choice its amazing. never got board of the food either. we seen all the staff from last year and they treated us like gold it was amazing as hard they work and run around after everyone all the time. want to say a massive thanks to one man who was just amazing yunus tasdelen, wow this lovely man looked after us and everyone so much. he needs a medal and remember us from last year too. my son went to aunty sandra in the kids club nearly every day and she is also amazing . remembering my boys name too levi .they just work so hard. the pools were just so warm this time of year as the waterpark too that we will go back same time again next year. we are bodybuilders so we used the great gym everyday and it was very clean and just what you need. the last thing i want to say is this is the best hotel i have ever been to where the entertainment staff are just so amazing and work so hard all day and night to make our holiday the best ever. they all desrerve a medal. without them the place would be as good. so well done to james, sausage, jack, gemma, melih, ahmet , the best dj ever berkay, esra, and all the others too. one person also this year was amazing simon . we didnt meet him last year and what a great man he is to the whole team. so please make sure all these get a great thanks from the bodybuilders. we also loved the cocktail night where i did see you kathy but didnt say hi as you looked busy. we will defo be back next july and hope to see everyone again . thanks nicola, kenny and levi gilbert from leicester uk.More

We went in the month of July and was the best holiday we had, all the staff was friendly and helpful. There was so much to do for my daughter she loved the mini disco but we did find that they only picked kids they knew for kids club to go onto the stage to dance which was abit unfair, as we didn't put our daughter in there.. She was gutted not to be picked the whole week... The entertainment was amazing the food was also good different food at all times.. Hopefully be returning next yearMore
I would not go again just because it was not for me.
I booked this Hotel because of the fact I wanted to give my son a holiday with lots if things to do. It was at the top of the budget at 1000 each for a week. The Hotel is very big and is very clean and staff are cleaning all the time. In fact if you stand still for too long they are cleaning around your feet. The rooms are very nice, well appointed very clean. There was food available and drink all day. The Aqua Park was disappointing i was shocked that the Public had access before the hotel residents, this did not make sense after paying 1000 pounds for the privilege. So by the time we got in everything was busy. At least there were free beds to lie on, because despite all the Hotel says about not reserving beds, if you don't get down to the pools at the crack of dawn all you see is a sea of towels. Some even don't come back to the afternoon. One day having managed to get a bed I came back from my swim to find a family had removed my towels and clothes. They said sorry we always have these beds âReallyâ I pointed this out to the female lifeguard and she could not be bothered similar to when i alerted her to a young baby that had been left in a pram to sleep, whilst the 'Parents' went to the nearby beach bar. The clouds had disappeared and the baby was left in full sunlight. I told the same female lifeguard and she just shrugged her shoulders, I only hoped that she not be the lifeguard if anyone was drowning. Meal times at the two main restaurants Oasis and Tropical were just manic, kids running around without parental supervision, people unable to queue and just rude most of the time. I had to alternate with my son to get food or someone sit in your place or the table be cleared. It was just chaos. The Pearl Bar was great and the staff were always happy. Thank you to Oguzhan, you were amazing always smiling always cheerful. You were the best staff member I met throughout the holiday. and Tarzan in the Teenagers Club you worked so hard and provided for the Teenagers, who like my son thought you both Ogurman and Tarzan were great guys. Simple Simon or whatever your name is, from the entertainment staff, you just added to the Butlins feel. I did love the adult only pool it was lovely to relax. This is a good Hotel for Families with young kids, its very very clean and i know the Management try very hard to please, but it just was not somewhere i would go again. I hoped the A La Carte Restaurants be ok, but this is an area that needs to be addressed. I was expecting 5 different restaurants, but there is one huge Restaurant which provides Turkish, Chinese, Italian and a separate Steak Restaurant, but that was not included. You had to choose which cuisine you wanted to sample. when u booked. This was not necessary, just book a table in the A la Carte and when you get there choose your food. It certainly came from the same Kitchen as the main restaurant. It was nice to be waited on though after queuing for 6 days. I love Turkey, its an amazing Country and loved the scenery with some amazing sites nearby. The Holiday was saved by these two young men, who worked so hard and were so friendly. You both were a credit to the Staff and should be congratulated by the ManagementMore

Stayed for 14 nights as a family of 4 - two girls aged 9 and 6. Fab place, good rooms, nice staff, food was okay for an all inclusive and an amazing water park. Its a big enough place to get your own space even if busy. The cleaning staff were second to none and the place must have an army of people behind the scenes gardening, litter picking, cleaning etc. A long coach drive from Bodrum airport on a coach but worth it fir the view at the lake bar at the comfort break and the first holiday beer. Mind out for Mosquitos and make sure you take some repellant, we got chewed the first two nights - they do have a guy driving a golf cart around the gardens at night spraying repellant which is a good idea. Simon Sez and his motley crew are very entertaining and the activity schedule is what you would expect. Wifi in room was 2 euros a day and was a 60mbps connection (which you can access just about anywhere in the grounds) but it was so much better than the free one which you can only access in a certain area and we were never able to access it due to the demand. Be wary of the cost of inflatables etc as they are very expensive in the hotel as are hats, bags etc. Planet Yuka was okay but nothing special and the shop they try to get you to use after is soooo overpriced and the items are poor quality once you look in detail. I went on the fishing trip and this was good. A very nice guy who used to be a truck driver in the uk was leading it. The sea is crystal clear and warm and worth a swim with the fish! All in all a great holiday and our best one as a family so far.More

Excellent value family holidayâ
The whole place was spotless which helps keep away the insects. There were so many staff on hand to help that we were never at a loss. There were so many swimming pools that we didn't even manage to get round them all, and the aqua park itself was really good, with most rides being open most of the time. My only gripe perhaps was a slight confusion over what you could or couldn't buy with the "park card". Turkey is a very hot country at this time of year, so we were prepared for the worst, but it wasn't half as bad as we had feared as there always seemed to be a good breeze. The room was a fair size with a separate area for the kids, 2 TVs too, even with some English channels, but then we didn't spend too long in the room. We took full advantage of the all inclusive package, and the kids loved the "kiddie cocktails" at the swim up bars. The airport transfer seemed to drag a little, but then again not too much. We've had worse. The food was not the best at times,if your stayed for two weeks i break up the week by going for something to eat in the town, they picked you up for free in most places and drop you home free. The evening is just ok,this because of the different people travelling from diff counties . Asked for a room beside the a. barsMore
