Special Offer - Free Waterpark Entry
Free entry to the Aqua Fantasy Waterpark with use of its outdoor pools, lazy river and over 30 waterslides. Just so you know, opening days can vary depending on the weather.
This place is jam-packed with slides, chutes and flumes. Treasure Island is the place to head for little kids, filled with plenty of little slides and sprays. At the other end of the scale, there are plenty of bigger slides including multi-lane flumes for racing, fast-paced snake slides and tube slides. And right down the middle of the scale, you've got family favourites like a wave pool and lazy river.
Just so you know, there are height restrictions for the slides here, you need to be at least 120cm tall, or 140cm for the Super Combo tube ride. The baby boats, triple boats and restaurant here are not part of your All Inclusive package.
The hotel-run kids' club has everything from indoor and outdoor playgrounds to a hobby room. The kids get their own pools and toy room. And after dinner, they can join in the fun performing on the stage under the guidance of professional animators.

Just returned back from this hotel after two weeks holidays. This was our first time at this hotel. We arrived late at night and was very quick at checking in. Room was nice but only disappointing thing was we had a view facing onto staff car park. Hotel and grounds itself was amazing, we stayed in world side. The pool was stunning, food we found better was at tropical restaurant. Entertainment reps were friendly and asked if people wished to get involved. The only thing I would say is evening entertainment we found not to be fantastic as not many shows and only lasted around 30-45 mins. Fire show and Michael Jackson was great, also beach party and foam party were good. Water park was great. The negatives I mentioned def weren't enough to spoil a fantastic holiday. The only thing that really got me very frustrated was the amount of very rude people from different nationalities that thought it ok not to que and clearly think they should get special treatment. This does need to be sorted asapMore

Horrible "Low Low" Service Quality with Big Quantity
The hotel itself has a lot of rooms , pool and facilities like a city. The rooms are made with cheapest materials, valves, old furniture and towels.Air conditioner doesn't cold properly. I recommend to stay at a good hotel and use the aquapark if you like otherwise choosing this hotel because of Aquapark photos and strange trip advisor reviews would be a big mistake. ( Holidays near pool with family is always perfect but reviews are mostly reflecting the writer feelings not hotel quality) Too much food but tasteless while you can find delicious turkish food in nearest city. Most of the foods remember you hospital food. There is only instant coffee with powder milk and nowhere you can find real coffee. Drinks are horrible! Coke is mix of water and sugar, always warm in restaurants without gas. Fanta the same with Vitamin C powder taste. The Beer is the the only cold drink.More

Great value, loads to do and amazing staff. Is the first family hotel I have been to that wasn't overly kiddified with plenty for grown ups to do too. I would highly recommend the spa and waterpark as the main attractions but there is so much more to do here. We will definitely be going back. More

Don't Believe The Reviews
We are not the type of people who would ordinarily post a review of a hotel or holiday unless it was incredibly good or shockingly bad. Our reason for posting this review is that we were naive or stupid enough to believe the positive reviews about this resort that we read on this website before choosing this destination for our holiday. Upon arrival at the airport we were pressured by the Thompson rep into each buying an anti-mosquito wristband as these insects are everywhere at all times of the day.Do not waste your money on these as they have no effect whatsoever and you will definitely leave here with many insect bites, especially if you are here during July or August. We had paid for un upgrade to a "luxury family suite" but what we were given on arrival was a small family room with a tiny one-door built-in wardrobe containing two shelves and three hangers( to hold all the clothes, shoes etc. of a family of four with four suitcases). The "view" from the balcony was of the staff car-park,the tiles in the bathroom were alive with black mold and, when you turned on the bathtaps, what you got was evil-smelling brown water. So,for the first 48 hours of the holiday,we were living out of our suitcases as there was not enough storage space to unpack and we could not wash or bathe ourselves or our children due to the sewage coming from the taps.We spent most of these first two days standing at reception demanding to be moved to a room which was at least fit for human habitation. We were not alone at reception as there seemed to be a never-ending line of guests queueing up to complain to hotel management and First Choice (hereafter referred to as Worst Choice). Both the hotel and Worst Choice had no interest in helping the guests resolve their issues,in fact as the hotel got busier each few days,Worst Choice could not be found or contacted and the English-speaking abilities of the hotel staff became worse and worse; they eventually resorted to shrugging and walking away from the person who was making the complaint. Most people who choose a resort like this do so because of the all-inclusive, the water park and because everything is contained within the resort.Be aware (or Beware) that this is a very large resort and you will be doing a great deal of walking (many people were complaining of a ten minute walk from their room to the reception/restaurant/pool/entertainment, all of these people had small children and buggies) The all-inclusive snacks, advertised as "Turkish Kebabs" and "Turkish Pancakes" are nothing more than chicken pieces in a tortilla and naan bread with traces of spinach inside. The "Free ice-cream" is only available from one location and only between 12:30pm and 2:30pm.The many other ice-cream stands charge excessive prices. We met several people who had been here before and, even though they liked the resort, they all complained that the quality of the food in the restaurants and snack-bars had gone seriously downhill since they were previously here. Be also aware that the water-park attached to the resort is somewhat disappointing and, more importantly, open to the general public. When we were there in June the queues were annoying but bearable. Now that the local kids are on summer holiday,I dread to think how long you would have to wait for each ride. Also bear in mind that the chocolate, beer etc. which is supplied in each room's mini-bar is priced at roughly 4 times the cost in a shop ,any plates or glasses which you bring back to your room and are collected by the cleaners the next day are charged to your bill at approximately £5 per item and that the "entertainment" at the amphitheatre each evening is sexually provocative and a significant amount of families were seen to walk out each night as they obviously thought it inappropriate for their children. Overall, the most disappointing waste-of-money holiday in my 48 years hence me taking the time to write a review for the first time ever. One more thought in light of the events in Turkey and Syria in the last few days. Some people may be apprehensive about travelling here now that Turkey has effectively gone to war with Islamic State in Syria "next-door", especially after the events in Tunisia recently where British holidaymakers were targeted. You may be comforted to know that British people are very much a minority at this resort, the vast majority of people and families are East European/German/Dutch/Scandinavian and Russian; that's why most of the staff are fluent in German but hopeless at English , the signs around the resort are only in Turkish and German and the entertainment acts mostly use German when speaking to the audience.More
