This place is jam-packed with slides, chutes and flumes. Treasure Island is the place to head for little kids, filled with plenty of little slides and sprays. And right down the middle of the scale, you've got family favourites like a wave pool and lazy river.

Just so you know, there are height restrictions for the slides here, you need to be at least 120cm tall, or 140cm for the Super Combo tube ride. The baby boats, triple boats and restaurant here are not part of your All Inclusive package.

Fantastic adventure

Everything was great with this hotel i was there since 15 till 22 of may, every morning we wake up with excitement of having great breakfast with various choices, despite of the meals are a little repetitive but the quality are great and but just the taste is standard for turkey, pancakes, French fries and pizzas were great, about the pools all of them were great and fun with having a bar by their site, beach was great and the aqua park completed all that fun. Most important of all About the staff i can say all of them were far beyond friendly they were really great, Mrs zeynep Duzgun from online reservation unit, gensay from flamingo bar, Aziz at mezze restaurant and the nice lady at lobby bar they were all great also nicki from entertainment team, she was so energetic and kind and really lovely. At last thank you aqua fantasy for everything, just can't wait to back next yearMore

Very mixed review

I found this review very hard because there was a lot I liked and a lot I did not. We arrived at the hotel at midnight on Monday 9th for a 2 week stay went with my wife and 14month year old daughter. When we arrived it was very warm checking in took over 50 mins. We didn't got offered help with our bags and then found out we was staying the far side of the hotel. When we finally go to the room which was a deluxe and situated in the far corner of the main block, the first thing I noticed was how warm the room was. The air con was on cool also but the room was a sauna. The room stayed like this for the first 5 days but then suddenly the air con started working after talking with other guests found out the system on the main roof had only just been turned on. The room it self was nice a massive bed but with a quilt the size of single complained to reception about this twice both times they just re made the bed. I spent 2 weeks sleeping under a towel. Being a deluxe room you get a whirlpool bath which was very nice and spent many evenings in it looking at the amazing view of pool and beach. There is a bathroom with a shower but this was hardly used because the drainer in the shower was broken and just left with a sharp hole and the water did not drain properly just pooled in the tray. Asked reception to fix this but nothing ever was done (pictures below). The room also comes with a DVD player which I was something I booked the room for. Brought loads of DVDs to entertain my daughter tried 10 different DVDs would not play any of them. Complained to reception who said they would fix it a guy came up turned the DVD player on and said fixed which it was not guess it doesn't like uk format discs. The room was cleaned 4 times in the 14 days we was there had to steal toilet paper and empty own bins multiple times. The hotel itself is very nice kept amazingly clean there are 4 pools all really good and enjoyed all of them. Staff was for most point friendly. The aqua park was closed to the public for most of are stay this meant only some slides was on at a time and nothing that served food or drinks but an okay pay off for having the place to a few of us. The park is nice and the slides fun only thing was they never turned the lazy river on once in the whole 14 days even after the park opened and missed that as I love them. Back to the hotel for food there is a one main restaurant open our stay which was okay the first week but the second was horrible was like being in a theme park everything was 20 minute long wait in line. They should have opened the other restaurant. The food was nice but really repetitive found myself having the same thing every day . Most tastes nice just gets really boring. They do stack bars at set times of the day also but there normally only staffed by one chef and yet again found myself many times waiting 30 mins for a waffle etc wish that was exaggerating. The drinks are nice got coke,Sprite, Fanta, different juices one type of beer and usual spirits. They are not watered down like other hotels so that was nice. Back to food u get one alacarte meal free each week we went for the Chinese the first week was okay everything was really plain tho. Second week we had the steak house which is £10 Extra per person was worth it steak was giant and very tasty. Towards the end of the stay the hotel hosted a wedding the music was like being at a rave it sounded like the speakers was in our room complained to reception and just said it would end soon was around 9.30 didn't stop till after midnight. Entertainment wise there was very little u get a show that's lasts an hour each night most just men vs women type things nothing in the day. I would find it hard to recommend the hotel really it's kept very clean yes but the reception are useless and gets boring really quickly. It's a shame really I was expecting so much better and if you have children under 4 I really don't recommend it you will be struggling for things to do and find yourself doing the same thing every day. Good hotel but could be better

Was in Kusadasi and stayed in the this hotel in Mid May 2016. We were in a family room where the main bedroom had a king bed draws and tv, the room is partitioned by sliding doors which doesnt go to the ceiling son not completely private, it did have a second tv. Bathroom had the usuals of shower, toilet and towels provided. Room was cleaned everyday but the sheets and towels were done every two to three days i think. Hotel in general was always clean and you can see staff working hard. I can see why some people may think staff are grumpy but when english isnt their first language they wait for you to ask them a question rather than asking you to see whether you are ok or not. Food was ok, it is a buffet so wasnt expecting much quality, not sure what some people expect. Pizza available everyday as well as chips and some type of kebeb, along with a lot of salad, chicken dishes and rice. We were only drinking soft drinks and it was all draft so very nice, pancakes in the evening are lovely, queue up early they stop serving bang on 6pm. My only gripe would be entertainment, thomsons/first choice reps, and kids clubs. These people have reps for all languages and speak them very well but they were non existant on site. They would have signs up on there doors that they are back at certain times but are not. Entertainment went from toddlers level to teens to adults without any kind of warning. Surely end the toddlers entertainment so parents can take kids back to room and to bed before starting a rave party! Swimming pools are very good but not heated, the pools are cold in May. Aqua park has all the rides but only 1 half open at a time, wave pool was broken. Top tip, dont go early because it take a good hour to start the machine once the door open. You cant avoid queues regardeless of what you do, we visited out of season too! Restaurants: chinese and italian both cooked by locals so absolute rubbish. Steakhouse and sea food did not visit Meze - very nice food, highly recommended. All in all very good, would return if i visit kusadasi again.More

Brilliant Hotel & Surroundings RECOMMENDED

Me & my partner came here Oct 15 last min desicion as we were originally going to Tunisia, but best thing we did coming to this resort specially for end of season!! the hotel itself was beautiful, room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels every other day which was acceptable for me and my partner as you also get beach towels. room was cleaned everyday and tea and coffee restocked, we was based on the ground floor near the adult pool, had no issues with noise and slept peacefully. great having the air con, and the free safe so we knew all our personal belongings were secure. the food was lovely plenty to choose from different choices each night and we was there for 10 nights, snacks throughout the day if you get a bit peckish, the waffles are great!! aquapark was amazing as we are huge waterpark fans we can no longer go to small waterpark resorts!! the staff were all lovely and friendly and always around to help when needed. overall its a brilliant resort and we have just decided to book to come again in Oct this aqua fantasy we will see you soon!!More
