The waterpark here comes with outdoor pools, a lazy river and over 30 waterslides. Just so you know, opening days can vary depending on the weather, and not all slides are open during May and October. The waterpark is open to the public, too.
The onsite Aqua Fantasy Waterpark is jam-packed with slides, chutes and flumes. Treasure Island is the place to head for little kids, filled with plenty of little slides and sprays. At the other end of the scale, there are plenty of bigger slides including multi-lane flumes for racing, fast-paced snake slides and tube slides. And right down the middle of the scale, you've got family favourites like a wave pool and lazy river.
Just so you know, there are height restrictions for the slides here, you need to be at least 120cm tall, or 140cm for the Super Combo tube ride. The baby boats, triple boats and restaurant here are not part of your All Inclusive package.
Although this waterpark is onsite, it's open to the public, too.
For ages 4 to 12, the hotel-run kids' club has everything from indoor and outdoor playgrounds to a hobby room. The kids get their own pools and toy room. And after dinner, they can join in the fun performing on the stage under the guidance of professional animators.

Poor hotel management..2 stars..
Meals: We eat to survive.. Snack bars: not enough..no patisserie.. Cleaning: very dirty reastaurants, dishes, tables, pools, rooms.. Staff: very hard to make staff do somethings Crowd: Restaurants were very crowd. It was too hard to take meals to the table.. Room: Club family rooms does not see pools and sea, only see mountain and other rooms. Too old building, bed was broken. Pools: There are so many pools to enjoy with family. Animation: Only evenings.. No any entertainment during whole day.. Alacarte restaurants: we used flamingo restaurant for turkish meals. Servicing and meals were very good. You should make reservation at the beginning of the holiday. Aquapark: If you like to use slides, it is a good choice..Wave pool's waves were very strong and strange and enjoyable.. I will not prefer again this hotel and do not suggest.. More
A great hotel for a beach/pool holiday
We visited here for two weeks july/august 2017. our room was a family room with a garden view. the room was nice and modern and clean. the maid came in and cleaned the room etc everyday. The view was pretty poor. we looked onto a metal fence and waste land. however we didn't mind because it was a 1 minute walk to pearl bar and only a few seconds more to the pool. The grounds are kept immaculate. the staff work hard throughout the day keeping the place clean and the gardens looking great. The food is pretty good for an all inclusive. it does get a little repetitive and if you're staying two weeks you'll be fed up of the food at least a little but its not easy to feeds so many different nationalities. The variety of people is what I enjoyed the most. The biggest tourists are turkish, then english, Iranians and then the dutch. after that its small groups from all over. The entertainment staff work hard and the entertainment is pretty good during the day. I played water polo most days we stayed on site. the downside for me was the evening entertainment. i think 5 nights a week (at least 4) its the entertainment staff dancing to music, i.e. the michael jackson night. this is not my cup of tea so I didn't really watch it.i would think with a hotel of this size they could and should have singers/musicians playing at a couple of the other bars. the lobby bar is perfect for a piano and singer or a little jazz. anything really to please other guests. even if you like the entertainment if you are staying more than one week you will be stuck after 7 days as its on a 7 day loop. waffles are served all afternoon and the icecream from 12.30 to 2.30pm and you'll get as many scoops as you want. all in all a good hotel. we did leave the hotel a few times. kusadasi shopping is a nightmare. you can't even think about window shopping. just walking by you get harassed which I expected. my advice is go knowing what you want and only buy that. also go in the evening when it is busy and you'll get harassed less. which brings me to planet yucca. they'll collect you from the hotel for free and drop you off later. plane yucca do really nice food and drinks. £110 for 4 people 3 courses and 2 rounds of drinks. you can do your shopping before or after you eat which will save you 40tl each way in taxi fare. try kusadasi excursions for any trips like boat trips and jeep safari. they are pretty cheap. I think the thompson jeep safari sounds a little better but it is more expensive. finally if you want any decent authentic turkish jewellery or plates, bowls etc or rugs and much much more go to sultans in selcuk. selcuk is smaller than kusadasi but its far more relaxed. you will pay more at sultans but thats because its authentic.More
Fantastic Time At Aqua Fantasy
Where do I begin........This is our first visit to Turkey and such a large hotel which in all made my wife and I quite nervous. We have also never been all inclusive before either and didn't know what to expect from that either!!!!! To our delight the hotel was very large and so meant you were not on top of one another and in fact it was the opposite. We spent half our time with our 12 year old daughter and the rest at the beach which was beautiful. As for the staff we couldn't fault them. They were always polite in the restaurant, especially our waiter Musab who always went out of his way with us (perhaps it's because we treated him with respect). The bar staff in the main lobby bar were fantastic especially the lady called Nisa who was great and always remembered our order, and then the guys at the water sports centre on the beach were all fantastic and again couldn't have been more helpful. Our room overlooked the adult pool and so was lovely and quiet with a nice balcony view. The restaurants were busy but if you got there early you found no problem navigating them and getting your favourite table. The food was always varied and good and the deserts were to die for. All in all we had an excellent experience and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone...........nearly forgot the water park.............amazing but just to many steps! Loved it though and the rides and pools were fantastic. Thanks to all the staff for keeping the gardens so clean and the whole huge place along with evening entertainment which was also amazing so good, friendly and fun.More
Only landed this morning and needing more sun and beer. An excellent hotel. The staff are very friendly and love to help. The food is great although a proper change now and again would be good especially in the lunchtime snack bars. The animation team are great fun and have put in some outstanding shows and entertainment, our favourites being the african beach party and firestorm. The room we had (family room) was sufficient for us although I would try the family suite next time to avoid family traipsing thought bedrooms for the toilet during the night. The 2 al-a-cart restaurants we used were great too (mandarin Chinese and marcos Italian), so much food to eat though so pace yourself the day before 😉 The aquapark is fantastic for kids but food and drink is not included it the price so be wary. We'll definitely return. More
I'm going to sound a really miserable Brit here, but i'm sorry this happened to be the worst all inclusive (Restricted) hotel iv'e ever been to. Where to start, the room was pokey dull and gloomy and the carpet was manky, had to wear my flip flops all the time in the room. Bed was rock hard, shower just about worked and bathroom shabby. The food was good in quantity, but quality was of a very low standard. The staff in this hotel looked either depressed or angry and really looked disinterested. The restaurant was very busy also, like a dodgem arena. The staff hardly ever cleared our plates after finishing our courses, and we were never offered a drink. The pool area..... No problem with getting a lounger, but i would have to clean the lounger and table off myself, and get rid of the fag butts and ash laden ash-trays. Don't expect waiters, or your glasses and plates to be collected until they start to run out. The pool cleaners idea of cleaning the pool area was to blast the floor with a hose thus plastering surrounding areas with the dirt and debris. Oh yes and don't expect to get your favourite alcoholic tipple at the pool bar as they will only serve beer until 2030 in the evening All inclusive Pah!! You better get used to queue jumpers too and the staff condoning this.....Running out of ice whats that all about?? Entertainment ok bless em. Entertainment seating area however was uncleaned from the daytime activities. Now for the positive......What a brilliant Kids club with auntie Sandra and her staff, My daughter got especially attached to Leanne. Such a smiley happy bunch, my daughter raved about what fun she had, and would have stayed all day and night if she could. This believe it or not is my first review, This is the first time i have felt so strongly about a holiday experience and needed to air my views. I'm sorry to have been so negative ,but this is my honest opinion...I wonder if it is down to all the wonderful holidays iv'e had in comparable hotels in Egypt where the service and cleanliness is superb.More
