Came in june 2014 Transfer time about 1hr Hotel room was suitable but could do with more storage. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and regular bed changing and fresh bottle of water everyday. Complex is massive with plenty to do for the whole family. Beach is gorgeous!!! Plenty of food choices. Pools are lovely with dj playing music everyday. Can get quite busy and altho plenty of sunbeds sometimes can be a struggle. Watch out for wasps and mosquitos and other bugs- take plenty of repellant. Staff are wonderful look out for Murat he is a fantastic bloke and on our last day he reserved a table for us and dressed it beautifully with fresh cut flowers and served us drinks all meal time. The kids club is fantastic i couldnt keep my daughter away from it!! Waterpark is open to public aswell and gets packed!! Recommend going on boat trip its fantastic and the islands they take you too are breath taking. Go to planet yucca amazing food and sevice with live acts. They pick you up from hotel and drop you off and allow time for after meal to go shopping and dont forget to haggle. Dolphin show at adaland is a must and fab photo opportunity. The old market place is ok some are polite and others have a discusting mouth making sexual references wether you are an adult or young teen!!!. We took a mixture of currency but be mindful that cash machines are not english so bit of a guessing game. Overall would love to come back again but theres more of the world out there to see :)More

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic
WOW! Visited from the 24th September to 5th October (11 nights). Was a little concerned reading some reviews prior to going but shouldn't have worried, some people will ALWAYS find fault. AREA: Flew into Bodrum airport and then transferred by coach, took approx 2 1/2 hours with a short comfort break half way. Not as bad as I was anticipating it to be. The hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride to Kusadasi Town where you can visit the markets, shops etc other than that not much around the area but the complex is so large you really don't need to go anywhere. Felt very safe, security visible on times. We never went on any exertions but did hear the Turkish bath was good. The weather was fantastic, no rain the whole stay and ranged between 27-32 degrees, I did need a thin cardigan by night for the slight chill. I did take mosquito repellent but was eaten alive (mine was cheap) would highly recommend taking repellent with you. They sold bands on the coach. ROOMS: We had 2 rooms and I emailed Kathy Nys prior to arriving to request they be close together, they were next door to eachother, room 2865 in the world side (main hotel) and was spotless, carpeted and very modern. Rooms were cleaned everyday and re stocked with tea, coffee, water, shampoo and shower gels. There is a mini bar that stocks alcohol, pop, crisps and chocolate and you will be charged for these. Our rooms were family rooms and had sliding doors separating the 2 sleeping areas. Both areas have flat screen televisions and the balcony overlooked the main pool. Room towels are changed daily and there is also a hairdryer. We also booked a late checkout room (til 6pm) at reception and that cost around £25, much cheaper than first choice were asking. FOOD: Fantastic!!!!! huge variety, breakfast was omelettes, pancakes, fruit, pastries, toasties etc. Lunch either in the restaurant or snack bars. The snack bars were brill with chips, pizza, chicken, kebabs and salads. Later in the day they did waffles which my kids loved. Evening meal was themed but still had a huge variety. The outside grill was amazing. I am an extremely fussy eater and I always found something I enjoyed. I saw no flies, food was always hot and hardly any queuing. As per previous reviews, no they don't poor your wine but move you backside and get your own or ask politely, they really cant do enough for you and work so hard and very long hours for very little money. HOTEL: Entertainment was a little hit or miss, but having said that there were some fantastic shows. Foam beach party, African beach party, Fire show and live band on the beach were amazing. The reps are not pushy with daytime activities but they are there if you want to play darts, water volleyball, football etc We always found ourselves down at the beach bar at 10.30pm every night where there would be music or karaoke and had a brilliant laugh. The lobby bar is 24/7 and also sports, football is shown on the big screen in the Irish bar. There are so many pools to choose from and all are immaculate although a little cold, not freezing. The waterpark was fantastic the kids loved it, but didn't go everyday as I thought we would due to so much else going on. Watersports on the beach including jet skiing, parasailing, pedalos (free). Don't take beach towels, they provide them. Visited Planet Yukka in Kusadasi one night with a free transfer and it was out of this world. Beware of the surrounding shops though they will try and rip you off though!! I found the shops in the hotel were around the same prices and was a nicer experience. I know i've rambled on but wanted to do a review that would be useful, something that I was looking for before I went. Lastly a massive thank you to all the bar, restaurant staff, Kathy Nys and Daisy and Tugba (reps). Met some fantastic people and had a wonderful time. Will definitely be going back, hopefully next year :) More
Family break went ok
Room was well equipped, plenty of pools to choose from. Food was of a decent standard for all inclusive but the same through the week. You get one free restaurant then after that need to pay for them. Water park was good to keep the kids entertained. They charge you extra for everything they can think off. Wifi â¬2 per day, cocktails if you not between 16.00-19.00, ice creams, glasses or plates if you take them back to your room. Makes it feel not like all inclusive holiday. The shops at the hotel were very expensive at least double what you would normally pay in a local shop but some items were 4/5 times what we saw in kusadasi. Market was ok but some vendors very rude, one guy told us 'do you understand **** off as we didn't want to buy his tshirts after trying to charge £40 for a fake!!! Overall not a bad holiday but don't think we will return.More

Nice hotel but let down by the new animation team.
This is the 4th time visiting this hotel, as usual the hotel was great and the food was good and a couple of the shows were good (not done by the animation team may I add apart from 1) a few of the bar staff were fantastic as per usual and really went out of there way to make us feel welcome once again..... Emi at the lobby bar, Ufuk and Cetrican at the beach bar, I would also like to thank one of the managers Ali who as always made us feel welcome and would do anything for you (Hopefully this will be passed on to you all) Keep up the fantastic work guys ððð The only issue I had was that the new animation team were poor apart from 2 people who spoke to us regularly (Kerry) and Berkay the DJ who has been there a few years. I found that all the others were up there own backsides and never really spoke to you. As we have been there four times we noticed a massive difference between the old animation team and the new one. I will visit the hotel again but not for a couple of years and hopefully the animation team are lots better.More

Very nice resort and the water park is great for the kids. The only draw back was the food. Snacks at the beach bar where very poor cold chips and pizza it was horrible. The restaurant was ok but not 5 star food at all. We all had bad bellies. The rooms where lovely and big. Beds a bit hard but not a problem when only there for a short while. Kids loved it More
