This place is jam-packed with slides, chutes and flumes. Treasure Island is the place to head for little kids, filled with plenty of little slides and sprays. At the other end of the scale, there are plenty of bigger slides including multi-lane flumes for racing, fast-paced snake slides and tube slides. And right down the middle of the scale, you've got family favourites like a wave pool and lazy river.
Just so you know, there are height restrictions for the slides here, you need to be at least 120cm tall, or 140cm for the Super Combo tube ride. The baby boats, triple boats and restaurant here are not part of your All Inclusive package.
The hotel-run kids' club has everything from indoor and outdoor playgrounds to a hobby room. The kids get their own pools and toy room. And after dinner, they can join in the fun performing on the stage under the guidance of professional animators.

Very nice experiences
We (My wife, our twins and I) spent 7 nights in this well design hotel. Our room was ready when we arrived. It was not a large room, so it was not so easy to spend 7 nights with twins. The hotel design was really fantastic with several pools which had different depths. Some of them were specially for kids (0.3, 0.4m) and some of them were divided into 2 parts suitable for kids (0.4m) and adults (1.3~1.4m). There was an adults swimming pool which was so calm and suitable for relaxation and also an indoor pool for persons who wanted to be safe from direct sunlight. Unfortunately, kids club accepted children between 4-7 and as our twins were 39 months old they did not accept them. Wifi was available everywhere but we should pay (2 euros per day) for it in rooms and in main lobby and it was free just in second building lobby which was a little far from us. A very very nice beach was available by just 5 minutes walking from our room which was in the main building, but there were lots of rooms which were near the beach. Although the distance to the beach, I recommend the rooms around the adults pool because of their silence (if you want to rest at any time during days or nights, nothing disturb you, even loud musics in amphitheater or beach bar). Two main restaurants (Oasis & Tropicana) served Breakfast, lunch and dinner with variety of foods with good quality. Ice cream was served from 12:30 to 14:30 in these two restaurants. Two snack bars worked till 5:30 pm. There was also a 24h open bar in main lobby. Hotel guests could use and enjoy Aqua park free of charge. Aqua park was really a good one with lots of slides and pools. An amphitheater was available with some programs for kids from 8:30 pm for kids and also dances and other programs from 9:30 for adults. We could also play billiard and bowling (extra) and table tennis and dart (free) in main building(not free). I recommend this hotel to all families specially for those who love sea, beach, water, pool, water slides....More

Excellent water park
Travelled myself and 2 daughters, 7 & 11 plus my sister and 7 year old nephew for a week 20/8/15 The bad first as that is what everyone is really interested in! Food We are not fussy eaters by any stretch but did, for the first time in an all inclusive, struggled a little. The food was plentiful and varied and I struggled to put my finger on what it was exactly but any steaks or meat other than chicken was so tough and chewy we couldn't eat it. This was despite it being cooked on BBQ or or in the restaurant. We stuck mostly to a continental breakfast, although eggs and omelettes were very good. The snack bars were good for lunch, plenty of snack bars to choose from. The club hotel restaurant was nicer surroundings (tropicana restaurant) but I think the food was better at the world hotel (oasis). I struggled with the evening meals in Tropicana I think because the food was under orange heat lamps so everything looked orange and you couldn't see what it was properly. Very off putting. Probably wouldn't stay again because of this, possibly a week but certainly not for 2 weeks. We have been spoilt where we have stayed before and the bottom line is this hotel was several thousand pound cheaper than our previous holidays for us as a group for the time of year, so can't complain really. All inclusive doesn't stretch to the water park, and ice cream was only available at lunch time. It was a shame the kids couldn't get ice cream as their pudding at the evening meal, which is the first time I have encountered this. They are obviously saving a huge amount on restricting the all inclusive on ice cream. Ultimately we didn't really miss it is usually a nice treat to have on this kind of holiday. Air conditioning Stayed in the World hotel side, room 2564 (& my sister 2570). My air con was more of a cool waft. It was a central air con system with an individual controller in the room. I got the technicians to look at it and was told it was working and was at the maximum. Again I have been used to air con that is more like a fridge when abroad. It was liveable as I didn't want to change rooms as we were close to one another and we were only there a week and didn't want to lose 1/2 a day moving rooms. My sister's was better and felt cooler. Maybe just request it in your booking. Smoking We are non smokers and the kids in particular are very sensitive to it. There was no escape from it really unless you were indoors, whether round the pool, water park, outdoor seating at the restaurants, any of the bars and the amphitheatre. Being in Europe before we haven't probably noticed as much but it would be nice if there were some outdoor Non smoking areas. The amphitheatre was supposed to be non smoking after talking to one of the animation team, but they struggled to impose it. As a result we didn't watch he entertainment as it was unbearable. When people are smoking over the top of their own kids, they aren't bothered about smoking over yours. The reps pointed out if we had been in a different country (Europe) we wouldn't have the same problem, probably why we haven't noticed as a problem before. The Good and Excellent Water park Absolutely amazing! So much fun. We all loved it and ultimately why we booked the hotel. Be warned height restrictions in force 120cm and in some you need a combined weight of 120kg (max 360kg). If you don't meet these with your kids will be disappointed as there will be slides you can't go on. Lifeguards were excellent, good fun and securing your safety. Only criticism was the music was at times very explicit around the pool bar. It was marked as an adult pool but children did seem to be allowed to go in and we did use it occasionally, but you could hear the music on nearby sun beds so didn't need to be in the pool or you may just buying ice cream for your kids to be able to hear it. We did eat in here for lunch on the last day as a treat and it was around 22-25TL for a meal deal which is about £5-6 each. Portions were large and kids could have possibly shared one. Ice cream was very nice and generous portions and was 6TL which is about £1.50 each. Rooms Have a double and a single bed. Was clean and comfortable. Apart from air con couldn't fault. You could smell smoke on some of the corridors as people could smoke in their balconies and presume they were smoking in their rooms. Kusadasi Had one trip into Kusadasi via the Planet Yucca restaurant. Reps from the restaurant are on the complex and will book you a free taxi to and from Kusadasi as long as you eat first at the restaurant. You can go off and shop and come back for your transfer back. Was very nice food. Made the mistake of paying in Euros and realised afterwards an £85 meal cost me about £120 as they ripped me off. As long as you pay in Turkish you won't have this problem. They will ask you if you want to shop and then usher you into their friends shop that will give you '25% off everything'. We were a bit naive on this one and had bought what we wanted but then once we escaped other shops were much cheaper, so say your not shopping or insist on walking round as they seem to have this a bit sewn up. All in all, despite the little niggles above, we had an amazing holiday, lots of laughs courtesy mostly of the water park and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would be particularly good if you have young teenagers and above who can just run off and enjoy the slides and you would have some relaxation time! More
Kids club and animation team
The hotel is full of children because it is a family hotel, but the animation team and kids club is horrible and very rude!!!! Screamed at children so they don't want to go there anymore! One girl from animation team rude turned my child back when he wanted to participate in dancing!!! The program is very poor unfortunately! More over 2 kids swim suits were stolen from the sun bed when we had a lunch, never find them! When asking about our swim suits, we heard that one's phone was stolen last night! OMG never will be back to this hotel!!!!! And never advice it to anybody!More
A Review Can't Do This Place Justice
As a family, taking up 2 rooms, I don't think we could have been in a better position. Both were always kept clean and were good for us, as you can separate the 2 bedrooms with sliding doors, while still having a TV on both sides. Bathroom was well-sized and plenty of cupboards and drawers provided. Beds were quite firm and TVs picked up English cartoons. We had to just walk down 2 flights of stairs and we was at the pool. Then, on the other side of the pool was the main restaurant. If you headed down from the pool you came to the sea and Beach Bar, which we spent so much time at. The beach area on the whole is AMAZING - the sea is beautiful, beach bar is superbly done up and it is so clean as well. The pool near our room was really nice, where you could do whatever you want (drinks in the pool, diving). Sun-beds everywhere, although you do have to reserve places early for the best positions. Also nice that you could bring your lunch out and sit by the pool with it. None of my party have ever seen anything like the food they put on at this place. All of it was delicious and it catered perfectly for every member of our party, which included someone who couldn't eat starch and a vegetarian. Not all desserts are as good as they look, so most of us ended up having the same each day by the end of our one week. Water-Park is really fun, although we only used it twice, which is surprising as we had a 12 yr old and a 13 yr old with us. If we were there longer we would have gone more often, as the rides are REALLY good, but I suppose the hotel had so much to offer, we didn't find time. Water-park is also closer than we expected. Night-life was good, with nightly shows put on (dance, competitions) and then there was also music at the Beach Bar each night, which varied from absolutely great to a bit underwhelming. Our 13 yr old member would liked to have danced more, but didn't get enough opportunity. We feel there should have been a place to go to dance to music you would know from the radio. Night-life ended completely by 00:30. Staff are all very friendly and try there hardest to make your break as enjoyable as possible. In the Sea-food restaurant we had particularly good service, but that would be telling. I ended up exchanging greetings with some staff by the end. Shame about wi-fi, but easy to survive without it. Plenty of excursions to go on, but I personally think that if you're going for a week, leaving the resort once is plenty. The mountains on one side of the hotel while the sea and pools are on the other side provide a contrast that is truly beautiful. Couldn't imagine a better place for a hotel. Youngsters thought they had never seen a place so amazing on so many levels. So many good extra things to do, such as football, spa and pool/foam parties, this really is a holiday for all the family. If you think that another hotel in Turkey is better, you are wrong.More
