Special Offer - Free Waterpark Entry

Free entry to the Aqua Fantasy Waterpark with use of its outdoor pools, lazy river and over 30 waterslides.

This place is jam-packed with slides, chutes and flumes. Treasure Island is the place to head for little kids, filled with plenty of little slides and sprays. At the other end of the scale, there are plenty of bigger slides including multi-lane flumes for racing, fast-paced snake slides and tube slides. And right down the middle of the scale, you've got family favourites like a wave pool and lazy river.

Just so you know, there are height restrictions for the slides here, you need to be at least 120cm tall, or 140cm for the Super Combo tube ride. The baby boats, triple boats and restaurant here are not part of your All Inclusive package.

Hotel-run kids' club

Everything from indoor and outdoor playgrounds to a hobby room and an afternoon nap room. The kids get their own pools and toy room. And after dinner, they can join in the fun performing on the stage under the guidance of professional animators.

fab again

where to start?... this was my 2nd visit with my 3 children (3,6,8) and my friend (her 1st visit) Room-stayed in a family suite again, opposite the room i had requested- fab, thankyou! plenty of space. even got fruit and wine left for us one day for being repeat visitors :) nice to be recognised! minibar- turns out its cheaper than the hotel shop!! cleanliness-in rooms and around the resort is brilliant, thankyou Seral our cleaner for the fab towel art, the kids looked forward to seeing what you'd done :) hygiene- hmmmm. we stayed sun-sat. on the thursday I used the pearl bar toilets and could smell someone had the trots in the cubicle next to me, they took longer than me in the cubicle, when they came out it was... the pancake lady, sweating and looking rather unwell too- she should not have been working with food! i felt like complaining, but didnt want to get her into trouble, and i'd told reception that morning that my friend would be ill in the room all day (i needed a 2nd room card so she could have light in the bathroom and i could enter the room without disturbing her)- they didnt care or say a word. so i felt they wouldnt be interested anyway. but on our last day at around 10am at the flamingo bar the waitress (she wasnt wearing a name badge) took our dirty cups, gave them a quick rinse under a running tap with her unwashed hand, then used the cups for other guests!! especially remembering my friend had been ill and then spent the rest of the holiday not going in the pools...and just think she could have easily caught her bug this way too!! disgusting, but we had a list of things to do on our last day so got on with them and didnt return to that bar. i filled it in on the leaving form which i handed in, and sent a private facebook message to aqua fantasy but didnt get as much as a acknowledgement or apology! pools- fantastic! we moved around all day to keep the kids entertained, love the slide pools especially. waterpark- when i booked i specifically checked they still had baby boats- they did. on arrival they didnt!! so after booking somewhere more expensive so my 3 year old could go on the big slides with me, he couldnt! not happy. my eldest 2 enjoyed the slides and childrens pool though. as did we :) had really wanted to go on the new slide but due to childcare i had no-one to go on with :( drinks- fab quality, much better than usual! a shame this is the first family resort where I've seen so many very drunk cant walk straight or speak clearly people, but there we go. not the resorts fault. service- we only got offered to have drinks brought to our table for us twice during the whole week- once at the chinese and once on our last day. disappointing compared with my last stay where i felt spoilt, so i tipped much less this time. food- not anywhere near as good as it was there 2 years ago, especially for vegetarians. but. that said we still enjoyed it, stuffed ourselves silly when we did find something we liked, and there is plenty of choice for everyone-healthy, junk, inbetween, starter, main, deserts, sides, foreign and english... wood shop- man was lovely, helpful and made us both quite a few pieces, thankyou! activities- we didnt join many but theres always plenty going on from zumba and archery to water volleyball and aqua aerobics.... we love the aqua fantasy song!! i dont know how the bloke (mellor?) keeps going all season year on year making the song look so new and exciting! well done him! entertainment- what happened to the kids disco?! yes i may be selfish but as a family none of us liked it so never went back, last time it had been one of our highlights! we didnt liek that a lot of it wasnt english and we missed songs like chocolate! the evening shows were fantastic!!!!!!!!!!! grease, circus...beach party was so much better than i'd imagined too! adaland- get the bus from outside the resort (no timetable but only few minute wait), you have to pay to use your own camera but its worth it. amazing show, i fully intend to go back one day! just take water as we were dripping with sweat it was so hot up there! scenery-beautiful, couldnt ask for more! beach- sand isnt fab but nice enough, glittery and glitter in the sea, would love to know how it got that way! the beach bar is a lovely relaxing place to sit while the kids play in the sand. spa- hammam- wow! the best one i've ever had!!!by far!! amazing foot massage, so good i could have easily gone back everyday! handbag shop- better quality and cheaper than the market, comfy canvas shoes too, thankyou! wi-fi- absolute rubbish!!!!! paid 2euros for one day, it worked for about a minute and didnt let me back on for the rest of the 24 hours! what a waste of money! free wi-fi in world side above restaurant but doesnt connect if lots of people there- which there usually are. so i paid ee £3 a day for turkcell data instead, much better :) would i return- yes, in a few years definately!!! if it wasnt for the hygiene and baby boats going then I would have been saving up for next year, but I will be back at somepoint in the future. I think I've covered everything, but feel free to ask me any questions.More

Great resort, except for getting sick....

Positives: We stayed in a Superior room on the World Hotel side and the room was modern and clean with heaps of room for 2 adults and our son. The pools were nice but didn't appear to be so clean. Wifi was well priced at only 2 Euro a day for up to 2 devices. Staff were helpful and the resort was reasonable value for money compared to some others in the area. The hotel is ideally located to visit Ephesus where cheap minibus drives regularly. Trip is only around 20mins Negatives: We all fell sick about half way through our stay and reading previous reviews it is likely we contracted cryptosporidium or something similar. Suspect this may have been from pool water as food & kitchens looked clean. The restaurants were very crowded but I guess you expect that at these type of all inclusive resorts.. Catamaran hire was not included and very expensive which probably explains why I never saw one leave the beach.More

Lovely hotel and so much to do for all ages

We stayed at this hotel from 11 - 18th October (family of 4 ~ 2 adults and 2 teenagers). Had booked two double rooms and we were given two family suites side by side on the World side of hotel. Rooms were lovely and spacious and very clean. (only complaint was that "garden view" was really of long swamp grass and the sun never reached our balconies at any point of the day). However we spent so little time in the rooms that this didnt really matter. The Hotel has so much going on Its hard to know where to start - amazing pools (so many to choose from), lovely beach (we spent time there every day just chilling out and having a swim etc - free kayaks and pedalos too), The beach/sea is really shallow so you could walk out for ages and still only be in up to your waist. so safe for younger children. games rooms with pool tables etc and some really good reasonably priced shops. there was also a Disco on late in the evenings (although we didnt go there). We caught the entertainment at the ampitheatre a couple of nights and it was fine. The Fire party on the beach one evening was just brilliant. Food now - there was plently choice in the buffet restaurant for all meals. Was quite busy in october so can imagine its pretty packed in the Summer. the Pearl bar near the beach was great for lunch. We did break it up by having one night in the Steakhouse (great food and only 100 Lira for the four of us for three course meal with drinks). Another night we used the free chinese restaurant which was again delicious and was nice to have table service instead of "help yourself". We also went into Kusadasi one day and pottered round the market and ate at Planet Yucca - can't fault the food there at all. Having the free access to the waterpark was brilliant - especially with teenagers. Lots of great slides. we would pop in each day a do a few slides then head back poolside. The hotel is lovely and very well looked after. the staff were all very friendly and helpful (as were the First choice reps). Everyone works very hard and have pride in their hotel. the grounds and beach are spotless too. Would highly recommend for a fun family holiday.More

great holiday....... just a few points to be aware of !

We returned from this resort on the 20/10/14. The resort and hotel is stunning, with excellent facilities and a variety of entertainment for all ages. We went all inclusive our first experience of this type of board. The local alcoholic beverages, were a huge dissappointment which was made worse by the service of a small minority of male barmen. The non alcoholic fizzy beverages were advertised as fanta, coca cola and sprite, however were definatley not. I would not like to experience dining there during peak season, as the buffet service was a free for all, and in no way an enjoyable experience, due to noise, lack of variation in food, unless you enjoy salad, morning, noon and night........24/7 ! overall our holiday was great, however as we had opted for all inclusive, to specifically keep costs down and then not enjoying the food and beverages, along with a dissapointing dining experience, was a slight negative for us.More
