Absolutely incredible hotel and place! From the minute we checked in, to the minute we checked out was fantastic. The staff were all incredible, so friendly and went above and beyond.
A big shout of to Manoj and Roman at the pool bar, so friendly and lovely.

Smooth from start to finish
May Joseph and Charles were on point and delightful and they always had time for you
The room was wonderful and I even got upgraded by Charles
The bar staff were amazing and even remembered what I ordered thanks to Joseph and Bruno on towel service was excellent

What an exceptional hotel
Every restaurant had exceptional staff who treated us like royalty it was amazing having not returned for 3 years couldnt believe the welcome . The morning started with Puma or Alizan greeting us and settling us at the pool followed by a bucket of iced water. Unbelievable service.
