I booked Fairmont through Yas Island because I wanted to give my young daughter a memorable vacation. We specifically chose Fairmont because of its reputation as a luxury hotel, expecting exceptional service and cleanliness. Abu Dhabi has plenty of luxury hotels. Few of them feel like this!
The Gold Lounge was closed during my stay and the team went out of their way to offer a more than adequate alternative. Our host Stephen was amazing and we really felt pampered.
