Another perfect stay at the Fairmont

We visited the Fairmont at the beginning of November For my Birthday. The stay was faultless, from checking in to leaving.
A special mention for Stephen and his team on the Gold floor who went above and beyond in looking after us. It's the little touches that count!
This was our 4th visit to the hotel and we'll be back next year too....

We stayed in a Gold Room on the 7th Floor and recommend this choice. It meant we had peaceful breakfasts with views over to the Grand Mosque instead of going down to the busy restaurant on the lower level. Happy Hour drinks 5-7pm included free with tasty snacks also available 1-3pm. The staff on Floor 7 were very professional and we would like to particularly name Alfam and Christian for their excellent service. The ...

Although it is nice to be validated, remember what we are looking for in our external work is really where we are looking from in our internal world. First time in Abu Dhabi, on arrival we were welcomed by friendly staff.
The hotel was very clean, we upgraded to a junior suite overlooking the creek.
Beautiful room, one thing we really missed is a balcony. No rooms had them.
Rafat was amazing during our stay, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly.
