I was really satisfied in my stay in park rotana Adu Dhabi, reception they warmly welcome us and room was good really happy. We went to the pool especially need to great thankful to life guards Dilum and selvaraj they are do accommadaying really appreciated thank you highly recommended...

One of the best hotels i have ever stayed at in the UAE. Product is well maintained, staff highly trained, efficient customer service. Hotel was busy during my stay, however, it feels that staffs are used to such large busy operations. I had a wonderful experience at Park Rotana Hotel. The facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool and gym. A special thanks to Selvaraj for his outstanding service. He was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. His positive attitude made my visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!...

Jay provided us with excellent service throughout our meal. She was very friendly, attentive, and communicative, always checking to make sure we were doing well and that we had everything we needed.
