The hotel's location was great. The rooms were nice and cleaned daily. We were on the 19th floor. The view of the bay was beautiful. There were outdoor concerts every day. The atmosphere was great. We needed medical attention, and Mohamed at the front desk was very helpful....

This is a long review, but it's necessary written whilst still on holiday leave on Monday 1st.
As you arrive at the hotel you are greeted by wonderful staff at the door. You are welcomed like family. The reception staff are really helpful, as are the guest relations and concierge staff. We stayed at the hotel for a week on an all inclusive basis. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are amazing.
The choice of food at the buffets is high quality and there is a lot of variety. If theres a small gripe if would be that both buffet restaurants have the same menu each day. On one occasion it was seafood night which isnt really our thing but wed not made a reservation at any of the other...
