It's our first in this hotel and won't be the last time definitely. Upon arrival Elizabeth from the reception is very accomodating she upgrade our hotel booking she is very friendly and explained the hotel facilities properly .And since its my birthday Jerlyn give me a cake.ITs very beautiful hotel world class. ️...

I liked this hotel. Staff generally helpful and friendly Thanks to Adina and Elizabeth from reception and Arzu from Guest Relation.
From the moment we arrived, the team was warm, attentive and genuinely caring.
This level of personalized service is what sets this hotel like feel home....

Omg we met Albina and she helped us with our room. She was the sweetest person we have encountered ever when trying to get a room. Additionally she helped us so much with everything including the booking process and getting us such a great room. Loved her so so much !!!!...

* Recently opened Prive Lounge restaurant has delicious food and amazing service. Highly recommended
* People's restaurant had good lunch time menu
* Hotel itself is pleasing visually, and decent sandy beach
