This hotel is outstanding in every way. It has beautiful architecture and design with comfort being at the heart of it all. Excellent high quality food and drinks. The Al a carte restaurants are amazing and we were able to book very easily.
What makes this hotel even more special are the staff who work there. They all really go the extra mile to make sure you have the best time. Too many names to mention but Bisho...

KB where do we begin? What a guy, service was incredible, he knew what we wanted a drink before we asked. He wasnt there one day and we could tell the difference. You made our holiday!
Kaan (Exclusive Sports Club) Loved all of his classes, from day 1 we had to attend them all. Couldnt ask for a better trainer, he really pushed us to our limits and he was such a lovely person. How is this guy not a manager?

Absolutely wonderful hotel from the accommodations, food, amenities all with exceptional service.
The daily activities programme was the best weve ever experienced such a good variety, loved the paddle boarding and the sound bathing.
This hotel has the most amazing staff they are a real credit....
