We really did have a great time at the hotel. From check in to leaving. The reception staff were really very helpful and explained everything to us. We arrived early and our room was not ready but this was not a problem we just enjoyed our time until the room was available.
We had booked 12 nights in a sea view room and it was great - we were on the 5th floor so had a fab view. The room was very well maintained and ...

Again it was a pleasure to stay at this beautiful dream of 1001 nights.
I really dont know what to say - everything was so perfect!
The rooms are very nice and clean and always in perfect shape.

Fantastic first impressions!
Reception was very professional, informative with a nothing is too much trouble attitude. Top marks team ! You are ambassadors to the hotel ! Our room is in a great location and the sofa bed for our 2 year old is perfect, the mattress however on the cot for our baby needs improvement....
