I booked this hotel well in advance specifically to secure a good rate. The day before I was due to travel, I read a vague email from the manager apologising that my booking had been cancelled due to an in house group booking.

We had a really great stay here. The buffets were excellent, honestly one of the highlights, lots of choice and very good quality.
Service was consistently friendly and attentive without feeling forced.

Unfortunately, our stay at Saadiyat Rotana was very disappointing, particularly given the reputation and price point of the hotel.
Service was consistently poor throughout our stay. Used glasses, empty drinks and towels were regularly left around the pool and public areas and not cleared in a timely manner. It gave the impression that staff were either overwhelmed or not properly managed.

Perfect Place for January Sunshine

No need to write very much as this was an excellent hotel. A very chilled and relaxing vibe, with separate areas for adults and children. Excellent amenities, service, food and staff with a great choice of restaurant and bars. All the staff were excellent and especially Akriti and Mugila
The Padel lessons with Jaime were an added bonus.
The perfect place for January sunshine....
