The hotel services in general is phenomenal cant be compared to any parks in Europe or even east Asia. Special shout at to Mohammd and abdo, both worked at the restaurant for their outstanding hospitality....

Closed facilities - no pool

Definitely one to avoid especially during the F1. They host alot of events and facilities such as the pool are closed for these events. They are in the evening but they close all day for them to be set up so you are paying for an expensive stay and you cant use any of the facilities.
They also have a security outside the hotel which will search your bags and the contents it feels like invasion of privacy.

I was very disappointed with my stay at WB Abu Dhabi. The hotel repeatedly shuts down facilities like the pool for private events, making it impossible to enjoy the amenities you pay for.
Sidekicks restaurant was another low pointI was served dirty cutlery, which is unacceptable. When I raised these issues, the staff offered no help or solution. The complete lack of customer service made the experience frustrating ...

A wonderful stay at WB Abu Dhabi! The whole experience was fun, relaxing, and full of energy. A special shout-out to Wicky in the breakfast court, his service, kindness, and attention made the mornings even better. The food selection was rich, diverse, and delicious. Highly recommended....
