Globales Condes de Alcudia

I’m currently staying here for two weeks. This is the 3 rd year returning. I love this place. The reception team are very accommodating and pleasant. The bar staff especially Monica 💕 nao Joan and the mature gentleman who I forgot to check out his name tag are all fantastic. Theres A very happy chap on the animation. Team And a special thanks to kebe on the food bar that runs during the day. He runs a very clean and well stocked section of the hotel and his pizza are replenished on a regular basis and delicious. Can you please pass this on to your team xx

Stayed here for 2 weeks 6 of us in total 4 adults and 2 children first impression was good check in was easy the young man on reception was great and very helpful. We got bedrooms on 2nd floor looking onto the pool which was fine in the daytime but having 2 kids under 3 the nightly entertainment was a bit noisy and went onto 11.30. The toilet sits at an angle under the sink so can be a bit awkward. Food was average breakfast was good lunch OK but dinner wasn't great and not particularly warm there is a microwave if needed Bar staff and restaurant staff very pleasant and cheery as we're the cleaning staff Lukas from entertainment worked really hard playing games morning and afternoon then back at night for entertainment. Overall a nice hotel needing some work done food average nice area will return to the area just not sure about the hotel

Just back from a lovely weeks stay at this hotel. Location is excellent, very near beach, shops, entertainment and old town. The hotel has I think 9 floors, we were given a nice room to the front on the 6th floor. Reception staff lovely. Room was ok, we didn't have a refurbished room. Cleaners done a nice job and very polite. Food is very good, plenty of choice. don't listen to comments about nothing to eat for kids, there is always soup rolls and ham and pasta, sweets and jellies, plus more, ideal for kids, I loved the sausage and chick pea soup and the battered courgettes! Dining staff are efficient and don't hassle you, just come and take your plates away - great. Pool area nice and clean, I liked watching the cleaners in the morning cleaning the pool and floors haha! Entertainment ok / good, the main guy is good.. We shut our door on karaoke night haha!!! Bar staff quick and efficient, always saying hello .It goes on until about 11 which is fine, we had very little noise in corridors at night, which we were happy about. Pool area nice busy but not over busy, always got a lounger when we went down. View from our balcony was stunning, looking on the the little bay area and boats. You get a certain amount of free wi-fi. TV chanels - News, Taggart (random!), Agatha Christe (haha!) Still Game yey! Watched Harry Potter one night yey! No complaints really, could do with a cool box or fridge in room. Thanks to all staff. We would defo go to a Globales Hotel again.
