Well located hotel, few minutes walking distances from the main museums. Cozy and comfi with nice common areas with different atmospheres.
Spacious rooms with coffee and water as compliments of the hotel
Comfortable mattress, maybe the pillows could be better, but not bad
Very helpful and friendly staff, who made their best to accommodate us on the same floor (travelling with an aged couple)

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 1 night. Mark from the staff was super nice and helped us finding ourselves comfortable and at home. We were given a nice upgrade with a room with wonderful view. A lot of natural light came from the big windows and I loved it. Thanks...

A recent renovation (Summer 2024, I believe) means the property is clean and modern. Our room was excellent, with a view of the canal. The location was wonderful with lots of restaurants and activity across the canal in De Pijp. The rooms are on the expensive side so that's our only negative comment. We did not eat breakfast, so cannot comment on the food quality or value. There's a fabulous gluten free bakery about ...

This hotel was just brilliant, from the minute we arrived to a really warm greeting from the young blond man behind the desk with glasses, who gave us a fantastic list of restaurants to try, to the super clean, modern rooms overlooking the canal.
