I loved this hotel. It was in a great location, the front staff was helpful and friendly. If they are busy checking people in, there is a self serve check in machine which issues key cards. There is a concierge, which is pleasant but doesn't know as much as one should. If you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage, this hotel is probably not for you. Stylish hotel by the Liedseplein, well-located in walking distance for many attractions, including the main museums and prettiest canals. Our family group had a selection of different style rooms from basic to deluxe and deluxe with canal views and all rooms were good with large comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Really great hotel the location is perfect for a stay in Amsterdam close to everything. Really cool bar which is frequented by celebrities as it was once a recording studio in the day, would 100% stay again....

The staff genuinely cares about their guests. Very accommodating and kind. The rooms are always clean and well kept. Easy to walk anywhere. Restaurant also has great food!...

It was the most terrifying experience of my life!
We paid $800 for 2 nights with breakfast
When we arrived at the hotel, no one met us to help with our suitcases, but not only that, they weren't even supposed to have a smooth lift for a suitcase or a mom with a stroller, just narrow steps!
Therefore, if you also have a large suitcase, you will have to carry it up the stairs.
