The hotel has been split into two but no information given on this website. Our hotel wasnt even this name its nyx hotel. Staff are rude and if you want to listen to building works for hours I suggest you dont book with love holidays or this hotel. We asked numerous times for our room to be cleaned and they couldnt even do that and we feel its because we complained about the extensive works being done. They said...

Make sure you dont travel to the other Leonardo hotel 20 minutes outside the city, which costs 50 in a taxi back to the city centre hotel called Leonardo Eden Hotel
Anyway after that all was good, for me I found the staff very helpful and professional, breakfast was very good, clean and lots of choice, rooms were very comfortable, we had a Superior room overlooking the canal facing the Opera house.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Only 4/5 minute walk from the Metro and tram (Rembrandtplein).
The check in and check out is self service . The staff were helpful getting started. The room was adequate but it was shaped like a triangle. The bed was small for two but we managed for two nights. The bathroom was spotless and nicely decorated. There was a coffee machine and kettle and a safe.

We enjoyed our stay here, its within walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. Was confusing when we arrived as its now called The Leonardo.
The breakfasts are good and fresh, continental and cooked options. Each evening when coming back a hot chocolate from the machine in the little shop area was most welcomed. Our room was clean and big enough for myself and my friend. Would stay again....

Turned up to my Eden hotel booking to be left so embarrassed to be told my booking was not with them but next door at NYX hotel weird because I booked the Eden hotel. Get through there the lady receptionist was so rude. Checked in went to room executive twin room .. no I booked the executive double so complained and was moved rooms. Room had mould in bathroom 185 . Each time you left the reception ladies looked at yo...
