Pros: great location, central to most attractions, close to the tram stop, lovely decor and very clean and tidy. Beautiful room with an insanely comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were all lovely, the self check in process is great too. Multiple lifts and easy access and layout of the hotel. Great shower and a self serve shop, which includes all essentials and a Starbucks coffee machine.

The overall experience was ok, but for a hotel and for the price I paid I would expect a better service. The breakfast was not the best, very expensive for what it offers, and they didn't even make the bed for you, so you would come back to a messy hotel room. For me personally when I travel I want to relax, not think about if there is toiler paper/ making the bed/ organising the towels...

Excellent hotel, beautiful room, amazing location, very friendly staff.
Short taxi ride from airport, we arrived at 12:00 noon and were allowed to check in straight away as our room was ready. Staff were really helpful and very pleasant. The room was beautiful, really comfy bed.
The location was perfect, on the corner of Rembrandtplein Square, so many restaurants, bars and shops.
Will definitely be returning....

This hotel is amazing. We had a top floor room overlooking the canal and Opera/Ballet building. The hotel was clean. Decorated exquisitely for Christmas.
Quirky benefits like a self service shop, an area to cook yourself a pizza or toastie, pool table, air hockey table etc.
Of course I tried a cocktail - delicious!

The staff couldnt do enough for you ! Super clean rooms and only 3 stops on the tram from the center of Dam. Me and my boyfriend are already thinking of coming back to this hotel for our yearly christmas Amsterdam visit. Also loads of bars/ clubs around for people whome love the nightlife...
