Absolute hellhole. Bar and restaurant were closed both times we tried to visit, there was a glass transparent shower in the middle of the room, I booked the room with the understanding there would be a partition separating our beds for privacy. Extremely Disappointing Experience Does Not Even Deserve 1 Star ⭐
If I could give this hotel a -10 star rating, I absolutely would. The service and overall experience were beyond terrible. The hotel claims to be a 4-star establishment, but it doesnt even deserve 2 stars. We stayed on 28th November 2024 in an executive room, and from the moment we arrived, things went downhill.

The staff are very friendly.
The hotel it self was very clean and airy. The room wasn't very impressive the shower in the middle of the room was a good novelty. The view was good but that Is what you are paying for. We wasn't happy with the beds two single beds pushed together. Which on a lucky kid free get away we would of liked a double bed. The tv didn't work.

Prior to this hotel stay I was in touch via email with the hotel and I paid for a romantic design to our room (they told me rose petals and swan shaped towel). This trip was a surprise for an anniversary. We paid 25 for early check in at 1pm and arrived back at 1.30pm looking to check in , they told me they had to check the room and proceeded to let us wait in the lobby for 30 minutes whilst they were 'checking the ...

The Rooms are very awesome and looks very luxurious. I love the rooms . Very good staff members . They speak very polite with the guests very helpful staff . I have not heard NO to any thing . The other best thing is the food . Very delicious . I love this hotel :.::::::...
