Wouldnt recommend it wanting to be close to Amsterdam city.

The room was super super basic.
Mattresses were super thin, and really stained. The shower was a nightmare rainfall worked shower head didnt.
The room was so hot no windows to open and no ac and forget about breathing when the shower is on the room is so stuffy.
Also have signs in the room saying just eat/uber eats orders are not allowed.

I came on holiday and was thrown out because I called the police on my attacker Would avoid at all costs. I was attacked and then made to leave with no refund whatsoever racist and unfair hotel overall all because I called the police as I was in danger for my life...

No air conditioning anywhere in hotel

Idea of the rooms would be the reason to book. Problems start from the moment you enter unless sleeping @ 24 degrees is your thing. We moved room twice before reception told us the hotel has no working air conditioning. Nights are uncomfortable in the heat.
Views outside are great, the shower is the reason you book the room
Would I return, no, not until aircon becomes available...

Really lovely hotel, looks gorgeous on the outside. Staff are really helpful and kind. Rooms are awesome with a different take on the shower! View from the room was fantastic. Only issue were the beds, a double bed was two singles pushed together but with two single duvets very odd! Top floor restaurant and lounge was ameeskme with the views. Menu a bit limited though....

We had a confirmed reservation for the restaurant well in advance, but upon arrival we were told that it was full and that we had been moved to the lounge bar. The atmosphere and menu there were nothing like what we had booked. After some backandforth we did receive the restaurant menu, but unfortunately the food was served cold.
