The hotel was clean, staff were not the friendliest. Room was very warm, no fridge. Bed was uncomfortable, so were pillows. There were only cardboard cups given for coffee, nothing else.
Location of hotel wasn't great, but it was close to the railway station, which was a 10 minute walk from hotel...

As you might know parking your car in Amsterdam or in The Netherlands in general is really expensive. The Fletcher hotel is convenient located, near the motorway, has sufficient parking at fixed fee of Euro 15/day, both covered and open and electrical vehicles can be charged. The hotel is also walking distance from the train and metro station, it took us 15min walk. Metro takes you straight into Amsterdam Central Sta...

Absolute hellhole. Bar and restaurant were closed both times we tried to visit, there was a glass transparent shower in the middle of the room, I booked the room with the understanding there would be a partition separating our beds for privacy. If I could give this hotel a -10 star rating, I absolutely would. The service and overall experience were beyond terrible. The hotel claims to be a 4-star establishment, but it doesnt even deserve 2 stars. We stayed on 28th November 2024 in an executive room, and from the moment we arrived, things went downhill.
