Great front desk staff

The two young ladies where extremely friendly at the reception. They treated jus with great friendliness, smiles and still full of energy even though it was already late when we arrived. They where very helpful and kind.
I can just say great things about them.
Our stay was from the 28th to the 31st of October.
Thank you both for the hospitality....

Horrific hotel, although on first appearance the place looks quite modern and stylish.. thats where the good bit ended. On arrival we was treated horribly by the reception staff, the bed in our room was laughable, when we complained to the reception staff they really wasnt interested in our concerns ! Stayed here for one night. In my eyes funny concept so decided to give it a welly. Plus: It's easily accessible with public transportation. Parking lot right out front. Nice and clean entrance. Bar on the 17th and restaurant on the 18th floor though they serve more pub styled dishes on the 17th as well. Had a taste of their menu, nothing to complain. Great view. Upstairs. Rooms clean. My daughter and I stayed at the Fletcher Hotel in Amsterdam in July 2025. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the AC was cold! The bathroom was unique because it had a shower in the middle of the room! The shape of the hotel was circular, which was very unique!
