Stayed at this hotel simply for the location as we were in Amsterdam for a concert. We stayed here for a week and boy are we dissatisfied. Check in was smooth and the agent was very kind. Once we entered our room we should have just went back and asked for a refund.

The enterance to the hotel from the closest bus stop is confusing.We were attended to by a novice at check.in who sent us to the restaurant with drink.coupon saying check.in was complete and she would come and call us when the room was ready which she didnt.We waited and went back to the reception to be told.our check in formalities were not complete.This was really not a good experience.

We had an incredible 4-day getaway at this hotel. Everything was flawless, and the highlight of our stay was Mias outstanding service. She was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Thanks to her, our trip became even more special. We will definitely be coming back!...

It was my first time in Amsterdam and also my first time staying at this property. The hotel is very elegant and everything was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind in welcoming us. They are all very professional, friendly, and always smiling. I felt at home.
