Great hotel in the Museum Quarter

This hotel is located really close to the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum and sits in a quiet neighborhood, right around the corner from designer stores. Its about $40 to Uber to the city center. I really enjoyed my stay I spent most of my time at the art museums, so the short walk was wonderful. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.

I definitely recommend staying at Hotel JL No. 76. My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was polite and helpful. The noise level in our third-floor room was reasonable; however, be warned that the hotel does have basement rooms and two rooms right next to the lobby and elevator. Excellent quiet location. Room clean and spacious and made up each day with fresh towels. Supermarket within 5 minutes walk and also close to the ice rink and Christmas market. Not many eating options round about but would recommend Bakers & Roasters about 15 mins away. Expensive but worth it. Great location for reaching attractions by tram. We came for a few days away to amsterdam and found this hotel. We cant fault this hotel, the location is perfect- close to Lidensplein and also a tram stop to get you to Amsterdam Central Station. Overall, we couldnt find a fault with this hotel. The price for the location was very good. The staff are the most friendly that we have ever met. A huge shout out to Andre who was simply amazing.
