Faris looked after us with with upmost compassion. An absolute gentleman and should be the face of the business. He made me want to come back to this business due to how kind and helpful he is. I wish him the absolute best, top man! Also the room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable!...

Good position for museums. Trams nearby. Good breakfast. Good room though friend had a room near the lift on the ground floor which was noisy. I would go again. Buy a go anywhere for 24hrs ticket for 9 euros on the trams. Watch out for irregular paving and cobbles! All very characterfull but potentially a hazard....

Checked in and room was as expected for this type of hotel. Staff was great. Very close to Van Gogh MUSEUM and Reijksmuseum. Easy transit one street away. ...

Everything is excellent regarding this hotel,from the location and the easy access to and from the airport,and to the center of the city up to the great breakfast and the polite personnel.Also very big and quite rooms.Wold love to stay again...

Fantastic location and really friendly and helpful staff. They gave good recommendations of places to visit and eat.
The Hotel is in a quiet residential street but really close to the Museum quarter, centrum. There is a Tram stop in a parallel street.
