The hotel was nice. WARNING: if you leave your bags in their lock up, they may steal your makeup bag (looked like a jewelry bag) and hair brushes. #TrueStory...

Location - perfect right the middle of it all. Amazing city with so much going on, went with my partner for a long weekend, rooms were really nice and clean and asked to be upgraded for our last night where the receptionist Nora pulled out all the stops. Unbelievable weekend topped off perfectly. We will be back again thank you...

Stayed for the weekend, my partner booked a standard room- which was lovely, comfortable bed, clean every day for us. He upgraded to the wellness suite on our last day, Nora helped him organise this as a surprise for me and the room was absolutely amazing. Finished our holiday perfectly!
Perfect location, everything is on hand.
Easy check in and out with very pleasant staff :) Im sure we will be back!...

We have just stayed in this hotel
It was great for how close it was to the center but for a 4 star hotel it disappointed us.
Staff where quiet blunt and hardly spoke.
The TV in the room didn't work very well
I visited the steam room and sauna which have to be turned on upon arrival so the sauna took a long time to warm up and the steam room didn't come on at all!
The bar is only open on a Friday evening.

Loved this hotel the staff are very friendly and polite the rooms are lovely and clean I stayed here on the 22/02/2026 there was 5 of us we stayed for 2days the hotel is in the centre close to everything we wanted to do just 5 mins away from the train station very convenient and shops and amenities are all close by would like to thank the staff for their warm reception and they was also very helpful thank you all...
