The worst hotel experience in Amsterdam
Travelled on 09/2024
The room facilities is very poor, no coffee and no bottle of water.
When I asked for a water they sent me to purchase at the nearest supermarket.
They said that i can drink water from the sink.
The checkout is at 11, no exceptions and you can extend it for one hour for a 20 Euros.
After I checked out, few jours later i sat on the sofa at the lobby, and felt a sleep.
The receptionist shouted that we should not seat ...

Brilliant hotel!
Travelled on 09/2024
Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Clean and lovely room even though we only picked the cheapest option. Brilliant location in the centre with bars and restaurants directly outside the door. Only a few minutes walk from the train station, dam square, red light and other attractions. Will definitely be staying again and hopefully in one of the upgraded rooms next time with the spa facilities....

Excellent hotel located in the heart of Amsterdam.
Travelled on 09/2024
Excellent location within walking distance from the main station/port, Royal Palace, downtown shopping, Anna Frank's house and the Red district. There are 2 Tram lines

Breakfast at the hotel is 20 Euros, but just in front the door there are restau...

I stayed here for a few nights recently on my first visit to Amsterdam. This hotel is okay and it did the job, but I felt that at what we paid (£175 per night plus city tax) it was overpriced. The location is perfect for a first visit, very close to the main train station and the lovely Jordaan area.
The room itself was clean but had a real design flaw in the bathroom, which has a frosted door and an automatic light...

Dont choose this hotel
Travelled on 08/2024
They have no parking, and the one in front is a mess (always problem to enter and exit) despite the payment of more than 50 euros per day. Room small, no place to hang the hand towels, and no facilities in the room! No hair conditioner, no water. The room was very noising with a constant air conditioning noise flow!...
