Location the best!

Great location, room modern and clean with everything you need. Ours was easy to find and looked on to a little lane so not much noise. Breakfast good with plenty of choice and on till 11am on a Saturday and Sunday.
Plenty of bars and restaurants etc nearby.
No bad points really except no mugs for tea just glasses and we didnt really like the pillows. Also nice bar but only open a few hours on a Friday.

Great location in the centre of the city and only 7-8 minutes walk from the central train station. Its a large hotel with sections in adjoining buildings but there doesn't seem to be much difference between the rooms to be honest which were both well-equipped with strong shower and very comfy beds and air can / heating that worked....

Comfy bed but the decor and lighting was not good at all it was like staying in building site odd ans the chair cannot see point at all
No cups for cup t or coffee odd glasses good luck! Would not return here...

Bad customer service very noisy room

Ive rated the hotel so low due to the bad and lack of customer service and the noise.
My husband and I visited for 4 days and booked the monumental suit, we were told when calling and asking it was the penthouse suit and in a quiet area high up!
We was put in a suit on the third floor and the noise was just unbearable, I had to sleep with EarPods in and sleep music and could still hear the sound of screaming and...

A very well located hotel close to the train station. Pleasant and cooperating staff. Clean and (at least the room we had) very quiet....
