THIS HOTEL HAS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!
Calling the front desk can take 30 minutes and more since nobody answers the phone. If it wasn't for the need to take 2 elevators down to the reception, this might have been forgiven.

Firstly the staff were absolutely fab no issues with them what so ever. The room was ok, nothing special to be honest and very expensive, but I suppose it's prime location hikes the prices up. The bed was extremely hard and as I have bad hips this made for a painful, wakeful sleep. Also Husband's back was hurting after a night's sleep.
