My first time in Holland. I chose this hotel and didn't regret for a moment. From the warm first greetings up to nice check-out. The Factory Design room was very spacious, bathrobe, slippers, also bath tube and nice shower. Also, small refrigerator and electric kettle, which is important for me. This is the 4th visit to this hotel. Me and my partner love it here and also my close family have stayed 4 times too.
This hotel is lovely, I wanted to start on a good note. I wish to make the review for the hotel management to potentially rectify the issues I noted below.

Stayed in this quirky hotel for four nights. Only 5 minute walk from the train station. Rooms are large and beds comfortable. Fridge in the room was an added bonus. Staff incredibly friendly.

It's one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The rooms are quiet, super clean and comfy. A special mention must be made of the staff who are kind, friendly and so helpful.

Its hard to understand why the hotel has received such good reviews. I must say, however, that the hotel is located a short distance from the station. The exterior of the building is also very promising. The photos of the room are quite appealing, thanks to the photo walls that reflect the areas history. The elevator worked well, and the common areas were fairly comfortable.
