Unique music themed hotel

We attended a concert at the ziggodome, and the Jaz hotel is right next door - ideally situated, and has a metro station nearby! Very friendly staff, and gorgeous room...huge room, huge bed, very very comfortable, with lots of attention to detail. Didn't have breakfast as we needed to leave early, but would't hesitate to return or recommend....

Poor attention to the basics

After coming back from the gym , I discovered no soap in the shower and the sink soap had been replaced with Shampoo. Receptionist said he would log a call , but no one showed up and I end up having a cold shower back at the gym , come on guys, get the basics right please....

A lovely break in a lovely hotel ️

I booked this hotel for 3 nights and ended up staying for 6 nights as flights cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. The hotel is nice and modern and cosy. The staff were friendly, empathetic and accommodating to our needs. The room was nice and clean, comfy bed and a lovely hot shower! We also used the sauna and it was heaven! It is close to quite a few shops and access to local transport into the city centre...

Unexpected Charges? Yep. I booked this AFTER calling regarding their cancellation policy, since I was booking for a concert weekend that tickets weren't on sale for yet. I was told that if I booked through booking.com, I would be able to cancel. No one mentioned I'd get charged for the cancellation. We decided to add a night, which they couldn't accommodate. No one answers the phone when you call from the room. Took 12 minutes to answer No room service No proper lighting to work by in the room No iron and no guarantee when one will arrive Probably fine for a concert or a match but not if youre trying to work...
