Unacceptable and disturbing experience. Staff entered our room while we were not there, without permission and without a valid explanation. This is a serious security and privacy breach, not a minor mistake.
The response afterward was dismissive and unprofessional no accountability, no urgency, no reassurance. After this, we no longer felt safe in the room.

KLM put us into this hotel due to them flying late and us missing our connection. The rooms and decor etc. are lovely and when walking in prior to checking in, we were positive.
Where it then starts to fall down is the way you are treated the minute you pass over the KLM voucher that covers your nights stay. The tone and attitude towards you immediately changes. Its almost like you are there as you have won a free p...

We loved the ground floor where a
Cafe is situated right next to the reception is nice open plan, surrounded by windows letting the surroundings enter the room.
The rooms are comfortable with a beautiful view on the city.
The bar and restaurant, situated at the 17th floor, offer an option for a night in with elegant food and a good choice of local beers.

Sadly from start to finish. Arrived given our room only to finish it either still occupation or not cleaned. Manager had to visit it before the acknowledged it. Then offered a drink while we waited only for wife to be ignored. New room given. Coffee machine didn't work. No water in the fridge. Also paid for a drinks package which didn't arrive. Due to late flight home requested late check out. 25 euro charge but ha...

Nice hotel but some bits let them down

The location was easy to get to using the trans and trains but its a good 20 minutes to get to most of the places we wanted to visit.
Staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant menu is limited but what they have is very good.
Downside was that we requested clean towels as ours were dirty on arrival, both on the app the cleaning service and with the front desk and never received them. No cleaning service done at a...
