Ive stayed in this hotel twice now. Its a remarkable hotel with very modern and comfortable rooms with a good view looking over the city. It also has a rooftop bar which is excellent. Its not in the city but it has a tram stop a 3 minute walk from the hotel which takes you right into the city centre. Staff service is great. Good atmosphere, nice chill vibes. excellent value for money. Very clean, soundproof rooms....

David Fattal and his family wouldn't stay in this hotel.

Total disappointment!
First, Agoda lied by stating that the hotel is 2.1 kilometers from city center. This hotel is no less than 50 minutes walk (not in a nice neighborhood) and even with the bus or train it will take close to 40 minutes to get to the center of Amsterdam.
TV in the room doesn't work.
Dirty bathroom and bed sheets.
Towels are thin, and with holes (as per picture) practically rags.
Breakfast is not ama...

We have just returned from our second stay at this hotel and loved it all over again. A few changes took us by surprise, the reception desk has been removed and its now self check in (which did not work even after 4 attempts) but the check out worked fine. Self booking of the shuttle service was quick and efficient. A few niggles but I dont know if its just me being picky: 1, you now only get one pillow in your ro...

Booked two rooms for a family stay. Brilliant hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Tram stop around the corner, supermarket nearby. Beautiful park also. Perfect location to stay....
