Sadly from start to finish. Arrived given our room only to finish it either still occupation or not cleaned. Manager had to visit it before the acknowledged it. Then offered a drink while we waited only for wife to be ignored. New room given. Coffee machine didn't work. No water in the fridge. Also paid for a drinks package which didn't arrive. Nice hotel but some bits let them down

The location was easy to get to using the trans and trains but its a good 20 minutes to get to most of the places we wanted to visit.
Staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant menu is limited but what they have is very good.
Downside was that we requested clean towels as ours were dirty on arrival, both on the app the cleaning service and with the front desk and never received them. No cleaning service done at a...

Hypothermia and Cafeteria Food

I stayed here because I received a voucher from KLM (who was wonderful). The shuttle showed up late and quickly filled up. I waited out in the cold for 3 hours, developing early-stage hypothermia, because apparently, in 2025, a 4-star hotel cannot keep track of a shuttles location nor provide updates via phone or text.
