If you expect to control your own thermostat avoid this hotel

The hotel was pretty and the metro station made trips to downtown easy. Staff were generally friendly. The issue I had was with heating. It was bone chilling weather with rain while we were there and wanted our room to be nice and warm. As soon as we got in we increased the thermostat in the room and kept waiting for the room to get warmer. After waiting for a while we fell asleep because we flew in and were tired. T...

Absolutely wonderful Hotel !
Stayed here in December 2023, had a great time. The Hotel staff is very helpful and cooperative. Special shootout to the Security incharge (photo posted) who was most helpful. Overall a Beautiful Hotel, lovely rooms and superb location just opposite the Train station. They offer a Sauna facility in the Hotel, great feature during winters. ...

Perfect Hotel

We stayed here with a family of 3 and will def book this hotel again. Staff is friendly, rooms clean and of great size. The Metro is opposite and only 15min into Centraal Station. Highly recommend. I emailed the hotel ahead of our late arrival and they responded promptly which was greatly appreciated....

Fantastic hotel to stay in on the outskirts of the main attractions in Amsterdam.
The metro station is literally across the road.
15 mins from airport.
15 mins from central.
Spotlessly clean.
Tea and coffee in the room.
Beds super comfortable.
Breakfast has masses of choice.
All staff are fab.
Water filling station downstairs by lifts. So no need to keep buying bottles of water.
Highly recommend the hotel....

Great hotel for the Amsterdam Marathon

The whole staff is super friendly and ensured that my stay was very pleasant. The room has seen its fair share of use, but theres really not much to complain about. Everything is well cleaned. Right in front of the hotel sits the nearest train station with a direct connection to Amsterdam Central....
