Very poor experience at th Leonardo Royal hotel, small room for business purposes, unable to seat properly and work, the elevators are disaster, you can wait 10 minutes for one,
If you want to use the stairs, they have a knob only on one side and you cant open the door from the hallway, this is a real safety issue.
Uncomfortable mattresses and average breakfast. I will not come back....

Excellent hotel. The price is just. Nice, modern room. In front of metro station and with direct transportation to downtown and Central Station of trains. The personal is very gentile. Highly recommended....

The only positive thing was the location, as it was very close to the metro station. However, the bathroom ventilation was not working, and despite calling reception twice for cleaning the room, no one came. I would not recommend this hotel as it wasn't even good priced....

Comfortable but a little inconvenient

We were on the 17th floor and had a great view. The hotel is fine. The downside is you need to jump on the train every time you want to eat. Breakfast at the hotel is 25 euro pp. 3 train stops away at the Breakfast Club Cafe, and breakfast is 15 euro pp....

Basic but comfortable hotel, excellent if you travel by car and use public transport for visiting Amsterdam

The hotel has 18 stores and the upper floors (floor 17 and 18) offer a good view of the city through large, ceiling to floor windows . The drawback is that the windows cannot be opened and the inside of the room feels stuffy all the time despite the AC. The rooms are on the small side and the bathroom is cramped and very basic. There is very little space in the wardrobe for clothes and in the room for suitcases. We s...
