My husband's experience at the hotel was excellent. We received attentive support from Guest Relations even before our stay.
I stayed in a superior floor room with a view of the river. The reception process was quick, as was the check-out.
The hotel is 5 stations from Central Station and just 1 station from the Amsterdam RAI convention center.

Stayed there for a night. The location is a bit outside of the city center but convenient as the Metro is right opposite to the hotel. The staff was ok but the booking wasn't well organized: Had to wait in front of the restaurant as they wouldn't believe me that I've paid for breakfast and needed to check with the reception first.

Great overnight stay at the Leonardo Royal.
Fast check in and friendly service.
Our room was large, comfortable & spacious.
Great rain style shower in the room and I also enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine.
My husband used the gym and sauna, which was a great addition after exploring Amsterdam.
Metro is situated directly across the street to get into central station, fare is very reasonable.
