Horrible experience. Canceling a room through their service via Booking was extremely frustrating. I strongly do not recommend this companythey treated their client unfairly and offered no proper support....

The location was convenient, about a 10-15 minute drive from the city center, but I had a few issues:
1. The room was extremely cold. Even with the thermostat turned all the way up, it was quite uncomfortable. The receptionists kindly provided an extra duvet when I requested one, but it still remained quite chilly.

My fully paid in advance room, booked for two days was handed over to other customer without any notice from staff.

My experience at this hotel was disastrous. I chose the hotel because it's an Accor hotel and I bitterly regretted it.
I initially made two reservations, one for myself and one for a friend. When my friend arrived, the receptionist (who was quite rude, by the way) informed him that there was no reservation under his name. He had to wait for 6 hours until I arrived.
