A well placed hotel which was clean and modern. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast choice was the most varied I've ever seen. The breakfast room is large with window views but always busy so allow time. Free toiletries, in the bedrooms, are carefully chosen for their eco credentials....

Room for 2 is great. Near to hbf and ferry connection. View of the river from the room is fanstastic. Upgraded due to accor member and ordered room service - food/snacks is fantastic. Only issue is that room service didnt capture the deposit paid at front desk and asked for payment till i showed the deposit payment. Most hotel accepts direct charging to the room even without deposit since i hv signed the check - kind...

A great hotel 15 minutes walk from the city centre. The staff was respectful, polite. We are very satisfied . Location is very good.walking distance is small.tram passes in front of it if you want, but you can't pay for one stopI saw the umbrella rental service here for the first time.I think I overlooked it in other hotels.we got wet while visiting the city one afternoon.we would have been happy if we had taken th...

The hotel is really clean and modern. Beds are really comfy. The view was amazing overlooking the river. Check in was quick and easy. It was the perfect location if you are coming off the ferry coach drop off as it was 2 mins away from this point meaning you didn't have to lug suitcases to the city centre...

A warm welcome, good service, excellent food in a cosy atmosphere. Very nice steak tartare, the best Caesarsalad in this town and a marvelous sirloinsteak made this visit a big succes for me as host with my special guests. Thank you, kitchen staff and Prince, Sander and Rafael in the service. ...
