Very satisfied with our stay! The staff were extremely helpful, welcoming, and professional throughout our visit. The room was spacious, and the sofa bed provided for our child was large and very comfortable. The hotel was also very quiet, which made it easy to sleep well and truly relax.
The room was very well equipped, with everything we needed: a mini fridge, complimentary bottled water, an espresso coffee machine...

We found the location ideal. Just 15 minutes from central train station and an easy walk. A nice walk into the centre too. We found it very convenient.
Upgraded to a lovely spacious comfortable room. All worked well.
We ate in dining room first night which was good and quite busy so a little bit haphazard with service but no major problems.
Second night restaurant closed and ate in bar which was apparently not staffe...

Dirty carpet, holes in the curtain liner and beat up furnishings. About 5 years overdue for a remodel. This place was one step above a Motel 6 and that only because it had a Nespresso machine...

Great Location Next to Cruise Port/Passenger Terminal Amsterdam

Had a nice stay at the Movenpick hotel. It is right next to the cruise port and the Passenger Terminal in Amsterdam (PTA). Clean rooms, comfy beds, very spacious, great location with great views (depending on room) it made for the perfect stay right before our cruise.

Checked in at about 11.30 so we expected not to be able to check in at that time. However we were offered an upgrade at 66 Euros per night available for check in right away. It felt a bit like a hard sell. Not sure there werent any rooms in our price range available at that time. Leaving the cases wasnt a problem however.
