Overall a good experience.
Hotel was lovely, quite and clean
Views from the windows was lovely, the hot tubs over looked the river which was lovely! I would recommend booking this when you arrive as not much space to get in!
Only down side, we kept the do not disturb OFF the door, and come back from a day out both days to find our room wasn't cleaned the whole time we stayed. Resulted in us going to reception at...

Staff are very impolite to guest and to my kids! Never recommend to others!
They have apologise immediately. However, it should not have happen. Especially when they talk with kids!...

The worst experience ever on a so called 4 star hotel. The receptionist consequently gave us wrong information about the public transportation, so we had to figure it all out ourselves. On the first day, they knocked on the door at 17.15 to clean the room. What an in-appropriate time, just when all are getting ready to go out to eat. Did they come back later, after we had left? Really comfortable and clean hotel, friendly staff. The bed was super comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. The bar was excellent with great outdoor seating, they do really good cocktails!! Vending machines had a good selection if you want a late night snack.
Transport is easy accessible via metro, bus and tram with just a short walk.
Only small comment I have is the towels need updating, very thin and small...
