Tessel at Check in set the tone for my treat. At the time of my arrival, my room was not ready, however, Tessel handle letting me know with a smile. She offer to hold my luggage and also assisted with making my two twins one big bed! I was there to celebrate my 40th birthday and I've picked the best hotel. Very close to the Arts and cultural sector, canals, central Amsterdam, food, train station the list goes on. Luxe rooms with views. Excellent breakfast. Amazing place...

The hotel was great!!! We have 3 kids and they were able to accommodate our request for 2 rooms next to each other. The hotel was very modern and clean and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We opted for the breakfast option and it surpassed our expectations. We just wish the coffee portions were larger :)

The hotel have a lot of potential to have excellent service but they just dont really deliver. Our room was missing a chair and we had to ask for it twice. The coffe pods for the coffe mashice was not restocked, even though we stayed for 5 days- so we had to go to reception to ask for more.
