An incredible trip made extra special by Paloma & Team Aitana!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Amsterdam. The trip was made even more special by Paloma & the team @ Aitana being a repeat visitor to this hotel we had some really lovely personal touches welcoming us back to the family. And for that I cant thank Paloma & the guys enough.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER.
Initially we checked in but then waited more than one hour and a half for our room to be ready, even when we arrived at the exact time that the hotel indicated. The room is nice but the shower is terrible, the beds are very uncomfortable. Me and my family ordered room service, waited for 40min then a staff came to our room to tell us that the restaurant was already closed.. In the downstairs res...

Great location & first visit in 2018 made it an easy decision to stay here again.
Stayed room only. Really informative at check in.
Very clean, less than a 10 minute walk from the central station and very accessible to the city (walking, trams, canals etc).

The menu in the restaurant could have a bit more options but all the staff is really great. Our server Petrah was amazing, took time to talk and also gave us many Amsterdam tips.
I recommend to stop by for the atmosphere and people!...
