Have to thank staff very attentive from when we arrived had issue with room this was resolved within 10mins breakfast was great buffet was well set up omelette station Great hotel easy access to Central Station 5min walk no 48 bus would stay again no doubt did not realise that had additional bill tourist tax when we arrived ...

We originally booked to stay here for three nights for my birthday.
We checked into the room online while we were in the airport in the UK, within a couple of minutes we received a phone call from the hotel saying there was a technical fault with our room (overbooked?) and we would they had arranged to put us in a different hotel for the night and would transfer us in a taxi in the morning back to this hotel. I recently stayed at Room Mate Aitana in Amsterdam and ,it was an amazing experience. The hotel team, were amazing always helpful, friendly, and smiling. It was truly one of the best experiences Ive ever had, and I would love to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdamit's truly one of the best places I've stayed....

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Amsterdam. The trip was made even more special by Paloma & the team @ Aitana being a repeat visitor to this hotel we had some really lovely personal touches welcoming us back to the family. And for that I cant thank Paloma & the guys enough.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER.
Initially we checked in but then waited more than one hour and a half for our room to be ready, even when we arrived at the exact time that the hotel indicated. The room is nice but the shower is terrible, the beds are very uncomfortable.
