Lovely hotel. The room is spacious, bed is comfy, very clean and the decor is really nice. The pillows are tiny which I found very odd! The outside of the hotel is not as nice as what's inside, so don't be deceived upon arrival. It's a very convenient 3 minute walk away to the train station which only takes 9 minutes to get into the city centre for £2.50. However I wouldn't pass by the train station late at night as ...

Had a genuinely smashing time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone!
The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the get-go, making us feel right at home. The service was brilliant throughout our stay.

This was our second time staying at this hotel -we came last year too - and we really do like it here. The staff are lovely and the lobby is really nice. Theyve also got a vending machine which is super handy for snacks and drinks.
We upgraded this time and stayed in Room 33. The room was bigger and had a massive bath, which we loved.
The only downside, both times weve stayed, is the bed. Its two singles pushed ...

Really lovely hotel, stayed here for 2 nights with my partner and couldnt fault it. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Close to the centre of Amsterdam - only took us 5 minutes on the Metro. The only downside was the breakfast, slightly pricey for what it is. £17pp, quite a poor selection and the cooked food wasnt too great. The staff were friendly and super accommodating! Hotel looked great from the outside and the lobby and bar area were okay too.
BUT the number of issues we had with/in the room was the reason we gave the rating of 2 out of 5.
And before anyone asks why we didnt bother to tell reception, I dont think they would have believed how bad our stay was
