Excellent hotel in perfect location for a stay in Amsterdam. Quiet and comfortable but on a direct bus line into the centre- 10 minute journey and the bus stop was virtually outside the hotel. All the stay were very friendly and helpful. Dustin- the barman was particularly friendly making recommendations for places to eat. The hotel was warm and the beds were very comfortable....

Most horrible experiance ever In a so called 4 * hotel what in real fact its a 1*, the hotel is looses his * and is a bit basic in comparisation with westcord fashion hotel, but the total quality of the hotel goes down through the brasserie restaurant in it, Following a wait of almost 40 minutes in an almost empty as it only had 1 table with 4 so it should not be an excuse for being busy and being totally ignored all...

11/10 from us!!
This hotel was brilliant such a good location, we chose to walk to the Centre which was around half hour walk but there is a but stop right outside!
The staff was so friendly, we didnt really speak much when we was there however the email communication we had before was spot on! So helpful and kind!
It was for my partners bday so they very kindly upgraded us and I also paid to have a welcome pack...

Great location bus stop to central station right outside and had everything we needed. Clean rooms and 24 hour reception thanks all for a lovely weekend would recommend as value for money ...
