Really friendly staff always ready to help with lots of local attractions and information to help get around the area - rooms were big and beautiful art decorations with a bar/restaurant on site as well as being so local into the city (15min bus trip)...

Check in process was so difficult and long, and the details of one of people checking in was wrong which was a bit worrying as we hadnt put these details in.. We were later told by part of our group who booked the hotel through their website and not as a package holiday, that their check in was much easier as they did it online, this was not an option for us. Good surroundings all the staff are approachable and friendly, i left my backpack and when i came the clerk already new what im looking for, I would love to talk to her and thank her but I'm in a hurry, I checked the bag and all my stuff are still there , I highly recomend this hotel...
