It was very confirtablestay, room siize, bed and everything else.

It was great but not a 5 because I could not do late check out, price quite more expensive if you book at hotel than though viva app. And breakfast was ok but i would not take juice to go....

A super hotel - clean, modern and a very welcoming staff team. Fabulous breakfast spread and a well equipped bedroom. Great transport links to the airport and into the city, we would definitely return when we are next in Amsterdam....

Fantastic hotel, close enough to Schiphol Airport (15-20min drive or train from Schiphol to Lelylaan and tram from Lelylaan to Surinamplein which is a short walk to the hotel). Situated between 2 tram stops which are around 5min walk in each direction from the hotel it was very easy to get out and about.

MISSING SAUNA

Arrogant sauna staff and hysterical reception gaslighted us as a couple regarding the sauna facilties.
The reception said all the travel agents were informed of the sauana closure. However the travel agent told us that the hotel did not inform them! Who is lying?
We would have chosen another hotel if the sauna was open as we are an old couple now and after walking the city streets the plan was to soak away the pains ...

Stayed here for 3 days / 2 nights in order to explore Amsterdam.
15 min Uber ride from Schiphol Airport approx costing 15.
The hotel is large, modern & has spacious, comfortable rooms.
The reception staff are lovely, very professional but friendly & approachable.
The food in the restaurant is great & drinks prices very reasonable. A large glass of wine is 6.
Its around 3 miles on foot to Centraal Station, but...
