Lovely staff and nice touch with glass of Prosecco on arrival.
Hotel was spotless with maid-service every day.
Lovely big rooms and huge comfy bed! Hired bikes from reception for the day and went round Amsterdam like the locals do. Not much next to hotel but Tram just 5 mins walk down from hotel from reception floor ( not ground floor entrance). Trams every 5min into centre of Amsterdam. Reception gave us a map a...

Absolutely stunning hotel, rooms were clean and comfy, everything was spotless. Staff were very helpful. The skybar was really nice and had such a relaxing feeling. Tram spot is a 5 minute walk which is handy.. 20 minutes on the tram into the centre.. We used the pool and spa while we were there.. would definitely recommend getting the breakfast each morning as it has everything, hot food, pastries, tea, coffee, juic...

My daughter and me stayed at the Westcord fashion hotel in Amsterdam. I could not fault the hotel. Our room was clean and big enough for two adults, we had twin beds which were comfortable and we both slept well. The bathroom had a bath and a shower cubicle, with soap, shampoo, and body lotion supplied. Lovely white clean towels. Our room was cleaned everyday. Stunning hotel and the staff are wonderful.
Location is great, 10 min walk from the train from the airport and then about a 4 minute walk to the trams which take about 20 mins to get into the center.

had a lovley stay here ! no complaints but i will mentioned our room was very warm, and the air con didnt seem to be working very well. the location is a little out of the centre but the trams are very easy to use and navigate. The amenities such as the pool and gym were amazing. the staff are lovely. very clean as well.
