Modern hotel with good amenities. Staff very friendly & helpful. The location is around a 15 minute walk to the ferry which takes you over to the centre, it is not an ideal location but we were aware of this before arriving. You can also get ubers which are easy to use and not very expensive. Rooms decent size, toilet & shower cubicles not very private with only frosted glass. Comfortable bed but could have done wit...

I'm not sure how to rate the experience at this hotel, especially as I was here with friends for a guys' trip and we spent most of the time just walking around the city. The hotel looks very modern at first and there is a large hotel bar and a small self-service shop... However, the prices there are extremely high and exaggerated even for Amsterdam... Really great hotel, out of the centre but the free ferry into the ferry is a short walk away, a few shops nearby. Very friendly staff, room was clean - triple room was small but had everything you needed. 24 hour snack bar that you can help yourself to! Hot water is free so if you drink as much tea as I do - bring your own tea bags! Would definitely stay again....

Room is overpriced, was dirty with other peoples stains and complaint was ignored. breakfast is awful and tea and coffee is charged at 2 each! Location requires quite a bit of walking, not much around in that area. Staff were friendly but facilities were lacking....

Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Any issue was dealt with promptly. Comfortable bed. Room was a lil cold a night, maybe just time of year. Glass walls for shower and toilet not so suitable if sharing with a friend not a partner. Self service easy to use. Quieter than centre. Tranquil area...
