We were welcomed by a gentleman who was very kind. He explained everything we needed to know. Unfortunately, I dont remember his name.
My sister and I came for a concert, and he was so friendly he asked us how excited we were for it. When we were leaving, the same gentleman who had checked us in remembered us and asked whether we had enjoyed it. That really made my day better.

Nice room easy to get to from Schipol but can't believe no normal local tv channels available. Really don't expect to check in to a 4* hotel and have to use a streaming package to watch tv at night....

Wonderful hotel. Excellently decorated. Nice staff.
We had a standard room but it was large and spacious with plenty of room for us to unpack our luggage. Great lighting (thats one of my biggest gripes on hotel rooms).
Very comfortable & massive bed.
Lovely shower & bathroom with nice toiletries and amenities.
