This is our third time staying here. and every time the hotel is wonderful. it has an interesting design, is clean, and is perfect for exploring amsterdam. its close to the metro and the sprinter from schiphol. the rooms are quirky, the breakfast, dinner and lounge are outstanding, a good fitness room. a wonderful restaurant with a view. the staff are helpful, they will always upgrade your room if they can. we will c...

The hotel is quite modern, not too cozy from our point of view. However, the room was very comfortable (especially the bed, the shower was also nice), only downside has been the make-up mirror has been installed quite high for smaller women . Stayed with colleagues for 9 days for a business trip and really impressed with the service, which started before our stay. First a colleague was charged a higher rate during booking which the hotel kindly matched the rest. Amazing stay. Helpful staff who went above and beyond to help us. Beautiful, clean and comfy rooms with a unique design. Spacious rooms and a huge comfy bed. The added bath in the room was perfect. We requested a room upgrade due to a special occasion and it was given without an extra charge. Also the personalised celebration cards from the staff were a lovely surprise.
