Lovely little hotel

A lovely little hotel. My only gripe was that the room was boiling even in November, (air con was only set to heat, couldn't put it on cool) but other than that, it was clean, well maintained, the staff on reception are helpful and friendly and the hotel is in a great location. Let's not forget the fantastic view of the Acropolis from the roof terrace!...

Absolutely fantastic hotel to stay in, about 10 minutes walk to the acropolis. Beds are very comfy and all members of staff from the cleaners to front of house staff very friendly and helpful, in particular vaggelis who was very helpful getting tea or coffee sachets and milk when you needed it nothing was a problem. Breakfast was continental. Great view from roof top of the acropolis. Would highly recommend this hote...

Stayed at the Acropolis Hill hotel in Athens for three nights. Good location as it is close to the acropolis as well as restaurants in every direction. It is a 20 minute walk to downtown, Syntagma Square area. Plaka is about 15 minutes walk away. Great restaurants for every taste. Found vegan gluten free restaurants and several seafood places of good quality. Staff at hôtel were friendly. Room fridge wasnt working s...

I am writing this review as I hope others in a similar situation can have a "heads up" on a few things. We are a young family traveling with two young toddlers. The hotel advertised as family friendly (they even offered a baby cot and car seats). Nice hotel with friendly staff in quiet, safe area. Easy to walk to bars & restaurants. Hotel was clean & had all we needed. Was a great base for exploring the city! The roof terrace was an incredible place to sit with a wine at sunset. Only small problem we had was our beds were very hard. Woke up very sore in the mornings! Would definitely stay again if in Athens....
