The service was great, right from the reception telling us about location, hopon hop off bus outside the door, purchase of bus tickets. Also advised on local restaurants and very good recomendations.
A special thanks to staff for the birthday treats left in our room, Greek pastries, bottle of Greek wine and birthday card. this made the day and stay special.

Loved my stay at Zeus residence in downtown Athens. Bed was comfortable too was very clean. Loved the shower and staff were very welcoming and knowledable about the city....

I would like to express my concern about the experience my customers had at a specific hotel, Zeus Essence Wyndham Athens Residence
Unfortunately, the hotel that was advertised as a five-star property did not meet those expectations.
Many guests found the conditions to be quite disappointing, as it was not clean.
They had booked a suite for two adults and two children but were instead given a simple room, even tho...

We had a wonderful experience! The staff was all friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the security guard to the restaurant employees. We were upgraded to a suite that was spacious and had a great view of the city. It even had an electric fireplace. We loved our stay and will absolutely stay again....
