I will never use this hotel again. The hotel was full with Italian kids (at least 60) that were making noise 3 days in row until early mornings every day, while I was there for business. When we complaint we were advised that she couldn´t do anything and it was the responsibility from the teachers (which were nowhere) , she also told that the kids were even fighting with each other and that security had to come. I am extremely satisfied with this stay! The overall environment of the hotel is clean, tidy and very comfortable. What impressed me most was the service. Both the dayshift and nightshift front desk staff are very enthusiastic. Ahmed at the front desk is kind, professional and has an excellent attitude.
