We've just had 4 nights here and from start to finish it has been amazing the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, our room was clean and cleaned every day, the rooftop bar and breakfast was superb we were so worried after reading negative reviews I wouldn't hesitate recommending this hotel the metro and hop on hop off buses are just outside...

We were there for 4 days, everything about the hotel was great, especially Nikki who gave us a lot of information about the sights of Athens and Anna with a chocolate and strawberry massage for my daughter which was wonderful, Nikki and Anna were very kind and lovely, I was very happy to choose this hotel....

Booked Wyndham Grand Athens through Luxury Escapes. If this is their idea of luxury, they should seriously rebrand to Escape from Luxury. This hotel is not just a disappointment its a health hazard, a customer service failure, and located in a dangerous area that no tourist should ever be sent to.

The air-con didnt work which meant we had to have the window of a room open to air what was a stifling space - unfortunately that meant letting in the traffic noise from the busy roundabout outside. When we requested this issue to be rectified by the reception we were assured it would be. We also asked for more toilet paper at the same time. After 36 hours of making visits to reception, emailing the hotel (no reply)...

There are good points and bad points to this hotel. The staff are all helpful and friendly. The roof top bar is fantastic with an amazing view of the Acropolis. The beds are super comfy! But the hotel could do with some maintenance. The first night we had a room with adjoining locked door but the people next door were so noisy that it felt like they were in our room with us!
