Great hotel, staff very friendly ect but the location is a little dodgy, only 10mins walk, but local area a little run down with the odd rough sleeper going through the bins etc. We didn't feel totally safe !
However 3 good restaurants just across the street, the Vietnamese is excellent.
And the other + is the hop on/off stop for various companies is just over the road...

A wonderful hotel, in Athens Central, close enough to walk to the shopping area but away from all the noise. Fantastic service, very friendly and helpful staff. Upgraded me to an executive suite , included breakfast at no additional cost. They even organise early breakfast before 6am for guests going on early morning tours. The room was very dated with grey walls & ceiling. Stains on the furniture. Paint drips on the floor and around the bath. Dirty marks on the light switches & bathroom counter & behind the sinks A very small rooftop pool that we didnt bother using. The area around the hotel was particularly bad with many brothels in the nearby street. On the plus side the air conditioning worked extremely well. Our limited inter...

The room was okay. Definitely needs more lighting. The shower leaked and flooded the floor. Thankfully, we didn't slip, but had to ask for extra towels to mop up all the water.
