The reception lost/stole my friend's bags

Stay away from this hotel. They lost/stole my friend's bags which she had left at the reception. They made up a bunch of lies when asked for reasons and they did not even have the decency to offer a compensation.
I wrote a review on google, and they answered to me there in the comments saying to contact them. I sent them an email and of course they are keeping up this farce and they dont answer. AWFUL SERVICE....

Spent a week in this hotel. The view from the roof terrace across to the Acropolis is spectacular.

Bellboy was wearing an outfit three sizes too big and white trainers with loose laces, emblematic of issues in hotel
Bathroom cleaning could have been better
Shower cubicle leaked all over floor, other guests had the same issue (theres an alcove in the bathroom...

We spent 3 nights at this hotel before our cruise! This hotel was great close to the metro hop on and off bus ! The breakfast was good! Something for everyone! The staff was so helpful Niki from the concierge was so helpful please see she gets the recognition and praise she deserves...

I visited the restaurant at the the 9th floor. The customer service was excellent.
The waitress Zachra was truly helpful and professional . Also the drinks by the Bartender named Giannis were the best !!
I had a wonderful time .

We stopped here for three nights, it was excellent. Very well furnished, incredibly clean. Our room was very well appointed and the bathroom modern and well presented good quality bedding, bathrobes and towels added to the positive experience.
The ninth floor restaurant provides an excellent buffet breakfast with many options available together with great views of the Parthenon. All in all a great experience....
