We had the pleasure in stopping at this hotel after having a flight delayed we arrived 04.45 am there was one receptionist on duty to check in.
full flight this was a tall ask BUT this young lady stayed very calm and just started checking us all in.Some of us were very tired and not in the best of moods.
This young lady remained very professional very well done to her

I will start with the location of the hotel, yes it is in a less desirable area and there is a lot of graffiti and drug addicts around the area, but they dont come and beg or try to steal, they barely even look at you, and that is something that has nothing to do with the hotel, but the location is very good, not far away from the acropolis and plaka area, and on the roundabout outside the hotel the 3 hop on hop off...

While the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful it is a pity the area it is in, homelessness, massive drug taking openly outside it, extreme stench of urine. There is a modern fountain beside it and we saw addicts wash and use it as a toilet. Every night and morning we had to step over addicts sleeping. Lots of derelict buildings around hotel and graffiti is rife. We took taxis to Plaxa and Monsetaraxi. I...

Beautiful modern hotel . Very clean and comfortable with modern bathroom shower. Delicious breakfast with amazing morning view from top 9th floor. Staff friendly and helpful and were available 24 hour. The surrounding area may be a bit shady near midnight with few drunks but at last day returned to hotel around 10 evening and was feeling safe with people still having dinner around . There is a bakery across street...

We had a great experience staying at the Wyndham Grand Athens. Upon arrival our room was automatically upgraded, free-of-charge, to an executive suite with a fantastic view of the Acropolis. Our room and the rest of the hotel was clean and tidy and everything in our room worked as it should have. All of the staff we met were lovely and very helpful at all times.
