Not a 4 star hotel.

Definitely is not a 4 star hotel. I can consider it more as a 3 star hotel. The staff was very good polite and helpful, the location is great but the hotel itself it need a full renovation. The rooms are outdated and the bathrooms even worst. The colour at the bedrooms are very dark. The laminate floor is the cheapest one in the market, you can see the damage....

We had a fantastic stay here. Our room was perfect. My daughter and I were staying so having two single beds next to each other was perfect. They were also very comfortable and despite having a room facing the Main Street we slept fine! Our room was cleaned very day and was kept at a high standard throughout our stay with fresh towels etc. We used the bath and shower and had plenty of hot water and pressure.

Checked in by lovely friendly receptionist who explained the free coffee machine, WiFi codes etc. Room was perhaps a little dated but clean and comfortable at the front of the hotel. No noise problem though. The breakfast was lovely with a great selection of good quality and freshly prepared foods. Even enjoyed a glass of Bucks Fizz for breakfast. The location was good and easily walkable to the main sights....

Disappointing stay despite good location

I stayed here with my wife for three nights, paying around 300 per night, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The location is very good, right in central Barcelona, and breakfast was good with a nice simple selection.
However, the bed was uncomfortable two single beds joined together instead of a proper double which hurt my wifes back and she had to take medication because of it. The cleaning s...

The location of the hotel near Catalunya is perfect because many of the tourist attractions are very close. The room had everything you may expect; every day the mini bar was filled whit spring water for free. The breakfast buffet offered a big variety of food including NESPRESSO coffee. Additionally, from noon to 8 p.m. a NESPRESSO machine was available for your convenience free of charge.
