No overnight AC and noisy neighbours

No AC after 1045pn! This was not stated on their website! Very disappointing to be too hot through the night when Ive booked a hotel room with AC! We got 2 fans after speaking to the manager who apparently couldnt override the system!

Great facilities to store luggage!

We stayed one night, check in and out was great you can store your luggage in large lockers and there is a lounge and bathroom (I think with showers to use) if you are checking out late but have handed over your keys already. The room was fine, but no fridge! However was clean and a good enough size, quiet with windows closed....

Highly recommended place to Stay

Excellent hotel to stay. It is close to all the locations - walking distance. The rooms are clean and huge. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Also they have a very good waiting area in case you arrive early or you need to depart later with shower facilities. They even have a counter with complimentary coffee and snacks...which is very thoughtful....

A true gem of Barcelona, centrally located and with amazing hotel amenities.
Very clean hotel, beautiful rooms and a very cozy, home-like atmosphere.
Hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, walking distance to La Rambla and Port Vell. The nearest metro station is approx 10 minutes away.
My favorite special touch was the Rituals bathroom amenities.

excellent in all departments, in part the front desk was great, and the room was lovely. location not quite perfect, thats only slight negative. if you walk in a straight line to/from las ramblas, some of the walk is sketchy at night. instead walk north thrn east then south (from the hotel)...
