Excellent staff. Quiet and clean in a good location on La Rambla close to subway and some restaurants. Nice breakfast. Typical smaller European room, but big enough. Area felt safe. Hilton Diamond member would stay here again....

LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

The customer service at this hotel is shocking despite 4 emails to the hotel and its head office no one has deemed fit to even acknowledge them, this is not the customer service you expect from a company such as Derby Hotels its just not right for them to ignore customers...

The employees are very nice. The bellman was fantastic and extremely helpful and detailed around security aspects. Smaller rooms but you tend to get that in Europe. ...
