We arrived slightly earlier than the check in time, but this wasn't a huge problem as we noticed the TV was showing F1 in the bar, so we said that we would sit and watch that with a drink while we waited.

Lovely clean hotel, staff always friendly and helpful, loaned umbrella due to rain
Good location and lots of restaurants nearby
Only disappointing was the roof bar and hot tubs shut which we were not told about, only booked month ago and no mention of this. We chose this hotel for having a roof bar so not so good...

Very friendly and professional staff really amazing , clean cozy peaceful room and very comfortable bed , excellent location everything is close and near with walking distance.We will come back again for sure.Ten out of ten highly recommended....

This a well located hotel, staff are friendly and responsive. The breakfast has a good variety for a few nights stay.
The rooms are a good size but as previous reviews have mentioned there is no air conditioning until May which makes the room incredibly hot and not at all comfortable for a good nights sleep.
It was also disappointing that the rooms are not fully checked prior to check in. There were several problem...

Every aspect of this hotel is wonderful. Starting from the location, you can walk to many shops, attractions, restaurants or safely wander around. Upon arriving you are greeted by an amazing staff that are friendly and helpful from helping you with your luggage to making reservations for a flamenco show. The rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant staff is as good as the hotel staff. I highly recommend this hote...
