WE GOT OUR MONEY STOLEN FROM THE ROOM

Money disappeared from our room on two consecutive days, which clearly indicates that someone with access to the room went through our personal belongings.
We reported this immediately and clearly stated that this was not about the money, but about privacy and safety. For the price paid and for a 4-star hotel, this should never happen.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When I reported loud, persistent noise disturbing my stay, the reception staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful. They showed no willingness to resolve the issue.
It got worse when I spoke to the manager, who brushed it off, saying the noise came from outside and wasnt their responsibility. Thats completely unacceptableguest comfort should be a top priority, regardless ...

We booked a weekend away at the Princess Barcelona for our anniversary. Because of the special occasion we booked the most expensive priced master suite with jacuzzi to enhance our stay. How disappointed we were with the customer service at the front desk.I appreciate normal check in is at 3pm but we were kept waiting nearly two and a half hours in the foyer for our room.Everybody else arriving were given there room ...

A lovely modern hotel ideally placed near to metro station and tram stop.
We stayed on the 19th floor, the room was modern with a large king size bed and comfortable styling.
Breakfast was excellent with the usual continental choices as well as cooked options.
The rules regarding bringing food into the hotel are enforced by staff near the entrance to the hotel. This seems to be an issue for some hence me mentio...
