I Have Stayed in Many Many Four Star Hotels around the World and this by far is the WORSE ONE For the " Cooked "Breakfast,
Why o Why isn't there a Egg Station like ALL The Other Hotels ?

We booked a weekend away at the Princess Barcelona for our anniversary. Because of the special occasion we booked the most expensive priced master suite with jacuzzi to enhance our stay. How disappointed we were with the customer service at the front desk.I appreciate normal check in is at 3pm but we were kept waiting nearly two and a half hours in the foyer for our room.Everybody else arriving were given there room ...

A lovely modern hotel ideally placed near to metro station and tram stop.
We stayed on the 19th floor, the room was modern with a large king size bed and comfortable styling.
Breakfast was excellent with the usual continental choices as well as cooked options.
The rules regarding bringing food into the hotel are enforced by staff near the entrance to the hotel. This seems to be an issue for some hence me mentio...

Room was clean and comfortable. Ask for higher floors. Rooms have balconies and views are very nice.
Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We were English speakers only but they went out of their way to give us directions to areas of interest.
Hotel has very nice amenities including two pools ( one on roof ) a gym and saunas. Also a quiet business study area on floor 23.

Very clean and well presented hotel. Staff were friendly, arranged taxi to airport for a reasonable price and cleaners attended to room everyday. It was one members of the holidays birthday and they kindly gifted us with cava and cake which was a lovely touch. Only downfall would be the pools, they are advertised as much larger online and have limited beds. This was not much of a problem for us as we were staying in ...
