Good and renovated hotel

After many years we returned to Barcelona Princess and we were quite delighted with the successful renovation. Double room is still large enough and beds were really spacious and good to sleep. Breakfast is good. I can warmly recommend this hotel, and if you are visiting CCIB Convention center, the location is very good....

Unfriendly staff!

Had to stop over in Barcelona for an event. My arrival was 10 ish got to hotel spoke to thw receptionist and she was most unfriendly and unprofessional. She didnt make any ey contact neither smiled, forget about the request we made about early check in as we had to head for event lunch at 2. She was not the kind or professional staff whatsoever. Also the lift was taking forever to come. Quite disappointed. Not sure ...

At the entrance there is a note that you cant bring your own food to the hotel room . Thats a nonsense !!! And they can even ask to search your bag for it !!! I never experienced anything like this . I travel 3 hotel per month in last 20 years and thats the first time I saw anything like this . And when you book hotel there is no warnings about that rule . But of course manager said its the rules and they dont h...

A perfect hotel when attending a conference at the Convention Center. The rooms are nice. The service is good. They have an excellent breakfast buffet....

Comfortable, clean, helpful concierge and staff, bountiful breakfast buffet. Our stay at the Barcelona Princess set a great tone for our vacation. And the close proximity of the hotel to public transportation was a plus. The restaurant in the hotel was very clean, with good service and cuisine; and there was a sauna and two swimming pools. Our room had a great view of the Mediterranean....
