A mixed bag, the rooms are clean, pleasant and nicely decorated however do not book a so called "inner courtyard view" these are rooms where the window opens onto an air vent with no view. The breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of fresh pastries, fruits and hot food. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Every single person we met was very friendly.
Comfortable room. Plenty of space. Very nice mattress and pillows. We stayed on the 5th floor, and it was nice and quiet.
The breakfast was AMAZING! Freshly baked bread, freshly squeezed fresh fruit juice, everything so fresh and tasty.
We loved our stay here, especially coming from rainy UK. The little swimming pool on the roof is a lovely way to relax, though we walk...

Honest, extremely helpful people!Ileft my AirPods on the bed when I left and didnt realize until we were in Northern Spain.They found them and sent them to my home!Happy with our decision.The staff were attentive and helpful.We enjoyed the pool and deck bar....

Me and my husband stayed in barcelona universal for a week at the end of august, this 4 star hotel was glorious, tge room was spacious and comfortable with a huge bed shower and bath and a veiw of the main street, also air conditioned throuout the hotel. We slept beautufuly with no nose disturbances. The hotel staff are freindly and helpful, we disnt have the food as we like to sample local quisine. There is a gym av...

*Fabulous location with metro station and bus stop opposite.
*Lovely fresh and clean room with cosy beds, clean bathroom and nice toiletries.
*Visit the rooftop terrace for great views.
*Great value, would highly recommend and definitely stay here again....
